“The skip was not delivered by the driver even though there was space to do so and the skip company PB Donoghue. They have delivered a skip to the same house before. The driver said he could not fit the skip with with the gate closed but it could fit with it open, so we waited for him to put the skip down, then he just drives off. They are trying to charge my friend £75 pounds on top of the skip fee. They said they could redeliver the skip only if she paid the additional £75. I personally will avoid using. They just said to the junk hire services that she needs to pay even though it is very clear from the images there is space and the driver was being lazy and not very nice.”
