“I requested a new laptop with a specific spec and they delivered one with a lower spec, having called to sort this out they 'serviced' the laptop (it was new) to speed it up. This did not work so I called to sort out, however the main man is always too busy to take my call and they don't call back. I'm now left with a £400 laptop that does not do the job I need for work.
