I asked for a refund of my £10 special delivery I never got!! I got told I should be able to get you the £10 refund Should!!! I think not!! like you will refund me that £10.

No call back yet again so went into store the next day and after them calling up the relevant department they said they had sent a letter out offering £124 odd part refund but can not do this now as no reply.

in December I bought a laptop and then decided that I would give it back to buy a more expensive one with better parameters and so far on April 30 I have not received a refund. every time I call the customer service office, I get information about the it problem and they will not be able to tell me when the money will be returned to me. One big disappointment

Warning! This Company has taken money for a cooker and extra to be delivered yesterday, after three phone calls second one hung up they dropped the line I was eventually told the product won’t come in for another ten days and will be later as it needs checking first, refund time is 3-5 days so now have no cooker, money tied up and I guess if I’m lucky I won’t have a cooker for another week now, customer service can’t even part with an alternative model to resolve this even after I’ve offered to pay extra for an alternative that’s in stock, will now lose wages for whichever days I wait in and they’ll probably decide not to show up again with no warning judging from past experience, avoid this company I wish I had now, this seems common practice for them, if I could give zero I certainly would

To which we explained we had cancelled the order and I’d had to purchase one from another supplier and just need the refund.

I came home and went on Currys online and found the exact item that could be delivered on 10th December so I purchased it and returned to the shop on 6th for a refund.

I bought graphics card from Currys on Ebay , they have sent me different model ( for reason ) i did not accept that and i applied for refund.
