“I ordered a $50.00 Steam Game Card. They sent me a product key code that’s was already redeemed. I contacted them and they verified that they had sent me a valid/ unused product key code, but when my nephew entered the code it says it has already been redeemed. Very disappointing. I went to PayPal and started a dispute for my refund.”
“I ordered 6 apple gift cards to hand out as favours for my sons thirteenth birthday party on Monday August 22. 4 out of 6 codes worked. I contacted support who did not issue new codes until Tuesday once the party was already over and the kids had to leave the party without our thank you for coming gift. I no longer had use for the gift cards thereafter so I asked for a refund considering they’ve now ruined my sons party favours and they refused to provide a refund. Stay away at all costs. This company is out to take your money without providing reputable products and provides the absolute worst customer service. No refund has been issued.”
“Long story short. There I was a wannabe gamer from Europe. I purchased a PlayStation Network voucher for more than 50$.
And guess what happened? I got robbed.
How?
Quite easy, they sent me a code that has already been redeemed.
So, when I contacted customer service(but I will skip the part on how bad it was), multiple emails, also I contacted PSN support. Nothing, go home and play with toys, but we will not trie to fix it.
And this is how my story ends. No money, no games. Just reality :D”
