After our 3rd return of our laptop pcspecialists finally agreed to refund us however they are now trying to hold back 100e stating that there were scratches to the PSU and laptop case.

We have sent our brand new laptop for repair 3 times and pcspecialists are now refusing to offer a repacement or refund and claiming it's fine even though their own IT support remoted on and confirmed the fault.
