“The computer was built to spec and on time, and I was kept informed at every step. The result is a nice-looking, well constructed machine. However, one front USB port wasn’t working. The company was prompt in offering assistance when I reported this, and ultimately offered to accept a return when it turned out not to be something I could fix for myself, but by the time I’d discovered it I already had the machine set up with a lot of personal data loaded, and as I didn’t actually need that port, I decided to live with it. They did suggest that they could send me a replacement for the relevant part, but after I asked them to do so, so that I could look at replacing it myself, I heard no more from them. I accept that this was just an unfortunate flaw in one component, but it should have been caught in testing.”

“I shopped around a few bespoke PC building websites and for me PC Specialist's was easily the best. The validation section of the customisation screen allowed me to make informed decisions without having to do my own extensive research. The ordering process kept me informed every step of the way with my expectations managed. The PC was packaged very well and delivered to a 1 hour time-slot. The first boot with Windows 11 took an agonisingly long time to complete, probably not PC Specialist's fault. I'm very happy with the result, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Second time ordering from PCS and second time having no problems. I paid for next day this time and it literally was next day built, then the day after next my beast of a machine was delivered. Very happy and would highly recommend!”

“This is my third PC from PC Specialist, the whole process was easy from start to finish and I am very pleased with my purchase. I picked the specs I wanted and they suggested anything I needed to alter ( larger fan etc) Great service, thank you!”

“Really pleased with my PC. It was simple process in being able to select the motherboard, processor, memory and drives. The case I selected is a great design and allows me to upgrade drives and memory relatively easily. I was impressed with the ordering, assembly, testing and delivery email updates, it was great to know where my PC was in the full build and delivery phases.”
