“I have bought a total of 3 PCs since 2020 from PC Specialist and even got a friend to buy his from them. I used to build PCs back in the day but just cannot be bothered now and prefer the ease of PCS to just deliver a brilliant custom build for me at record time and excellent customer service along the entire time of the build through to receipt. Thank you PCS defo keeping my preference to you.”

“Outstanding service, from a clear and precise way to order with helpful tips for choosing components, to being regularly updated throughout the order. “I am extremely satisfied with the overall service provided by PCSpecialist. Their website makes it very easy to configure a system and select the different components, even when comparing several options. Their customer support was also excellent—whenever I needed advice or assistance, they were responsive, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable about the products they offer. The build quality of the PC was excellent, and the system was completed within the timeframe indicated on their website. The only "drawback" in my case is that PCSpecialist does not have a local presence in Greece. As a result, delivery took quite some time after the order was dispatched. I would also expect shipping time to be the main bottleneck if the PC ever needed to be returned for servicing or repair. That said, this is more a consequence of ordering internationally than an issue with the quality of PCSpecialist's service itself. Overall, I would highly recommend PCSpecialist. My experience with the company was excellent, and the people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help.”

“The website was user friendly. I am not the most website aware and had no issues from building the computer through to payment. Communication was very good, with emails all the way through their build, test and shipping process. Quick response from their online chat function. Computer arrived in good time, very well protected within the packaging. Easy instructions to follow in order to set it up and allow it to update. This was the second machine I purchased here, and it will not be the last. Much better than the other two companies I've used in the past.”

“Ordered an Intel Recoil 16 laptop with a RTX5070Ti GPU. So far it has been running beautifully. I use it for gaming, 3D modelling and rendering and it has been great for both. My last laptop was a PCspecialist gaming laptop and it lasted 8 years (although I had to replace a fan and repaste it a few times as it ran very hot). This one doesn't break 93 degrees when GPU rendering - which to be fair is very hot considering the CPU isn't even being used - but this is the nature of all gaming laptops with shared heat pipes. Had an issue with blackscreen crashes related to power management but this was solved by checking the problem device in device manager and updating the driver direct from Intel. Other than that, all good! Would recommend”

“I have come back to PC Specialist after 8 years to buy another custom build. This time a laptop. Their website, build time and communication have always been spot on and I will most likely be back again for my next PC build in a few years. The choice is great and it's very clear which parts are compatible. And most importantly the price is great.”

“My new pc came ready made and tailored just for me. I have no clue how to build a computer, so this was unimaginably helpful to me. While setting it up, I ran into an issue (user error) but I called their helpline and they were so useful and talked me through all the steps. Love love love it!”

“I ordered a custom Windows 11 Pro desktop from PC Specialist and I’m very pleased with it. The spec was chosen for everyday use rather than gaming, and it shows: an Intel Core Ultra 7 265, 32GB of Corsair DDR5, a fast 2TB Samsung 990 EVO Plus SSD, and an ASUS PRIME B860 motherboard, all in a neat Illumis SF ARGB case. It’s quick to boot, handles multitasking easily, and feels efficient and well put together without spending money on a graphics card I didn’t need. Having it built and tested in the UK, with proper brand-name components and one place to go for support, made the whole process straightforward. Happy to recommend PC Specialist for a sensible, well-matched home PC.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from PCSpecialist! I recently purchased a new PC from PCSpecialist and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From placing the order through to receiving the PC, the service was professional, efficient and reassuring throughout. What really impressed me was how quickly my PC was built and dispatched. The rapid build service was exactly what I was hoping for, and it was great to see the order progressing so quickly without compromising on the quality of the build.
