“We've now ordered 4 laptops and desktops from PC Specialist - all have been excellent. Being able to customise the builds to suit the need of the application has been very helpful, and the configurability has meant fitting to a budget has been easy. The machines have all been well put together and the assembly, testing and delivery very prompt.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a business we give our IT and development team the choice of where their equipment comes from and allow them to customise their builds to suit their needs. This keeps the team happy and ensures they get the exact specs required for their work. Over the last few years we’ve ordered 8 laptops and 5 desktops from PCSpecialist for our growing team, and every system has been excellent. The build quality and reliability have been great, and we’ll continue to order from PCSpecialist whenever we can.”

“From start to finish this was the best service we have had. the website was easy to use and even helped us build the best pc for the money. Email notification with the process of the build kept us up to date and we even got a 3d image of the build. when the pc arrived it was one of the cleanest build we have ever seen. Well done team”

“Our IT consultant recommended PC Specialist (PCS) as as we have only ever bought hardware from a certain manufacturer previously but with software requirements for graphic cards etc... we used PCS. The experience of purchase was made easier and delivery and tracking flawless. The hardware is up and running and we are providing a service again without much interruption. Thanks PCS”

“I was struggling to find an off-the-shelf laptop that met my exact needs and within my price range. Having had a good experience with PC Specialist before for a desktop PC, I decided to give them another go. Website was easy to use to customise it exactly as I wanted, and placing the order was just as easy. The laptop was built quickly and arrived less than a week later. It's exactly what I wanted - a lightweight, quiet, 14" little beauty that runs like a charm and is a big upgrade on my previous broken laptop. Extremely happy with my purchase - thanks very much!”

“The on-line order system is fine until it identifies incompatible items. I phoned for support and was advised to select a different case, i was also told that someone would call me when another item was back in stock. The call never came so I called instead and the matter was resolved. When my PC arrived, a day early on a Saturday, I plugged in the peripherals but could not get it work properly. On Monday some instructions arrived that, when followed solved the problem I had. So in summary some glitches but I have a PC that should last me for some years.”

“In terms of PC’s, one size does not fit all: I was very impressed by the patient attention the representative paid to the build of my new computer. He saved me money by advising a component I added was redundant and not necessary. The saving was used to add a degree future upgrade options. Thank you.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing from PC Specialist, their builder interface is very intuitive and the build was extremely fast and they kept me updated at every stage of the build, I especially loved the 3D sneak peak of my pc being built. The pc itself is built very well and the cable management is top notch, everything runs cool temperature wise as well even under heavy loads. I Highly recommend buying from them! My Specs: Fractal North, AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, ZOTAC 5080, 32GB 6000mhz CL30, 2TB SSD.”
