“First time using pc specialist as a source but this is my second custom build and so far it has not disapointed. Does what it was built to do with ease. Service was quick and detailed throughout. Package arrived unscathed, good packaging and without issue, which i was thankful for as i had actually had a previous attempt at a purchase from another vendor go missing before it was out for delivery. No such issue with pc specialist however and maybe it was just meant to be, as this product packs a serious punch, with its top specs actually at a better price than i was paying for a prebuild unit else where. If i were to pick holes, and seek a reason to have something negative about the product. So far all i can come up with is the placement of the usb ports on the laptop. But seriously this is being fussy.”

“Third PCS machine. Needed assistance to complete spec due to issue finding a case that would allow DVD drive! Ordering and delivery fine - in my case courier was excellent. Had to get PCS to re-install Office Home 2024 after I managed to remove it! This was done through remote support and was fine - although during this the technician applied five motherboard updates and several NVIDIA ones which I think maybe should have been done prior to delivery. Very pleased (again) with my new PC.”

“My new PC is a fine device and I'm very pleased with it. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the box it arrived in had been damaged, and there is a dent in one of the side panels. The photo shows the state of the box on arrival. I see that another reviewer has commented on DPD delivery, so I think there's a courier problem that PC Specialist needs to address. Otherwise, great.”

“In total I have had 2 computers from PC Specialist. The first at the beginning of 2021 and now the successor to that which I've been using for the last 3 weeks. Ordering from the pre-built gaming pc's tab on their website allowed for this current pc to arrive at my door within 2 days, which is outstanding. The previous pc I bought from them was a custom build and so If I recall correctly it took 25 days to arrive which wasn't satisfactory. I've given 4 stars because the pc I got back in 2021 initially had noise problems coming from the PSU so after waiting 25 days to get the pc I had to send it back and wait another few weeks before being able to properly use the pc extensively. Other than that their website and customer support is simple and trust worthy. They keep you up to date with what stage and where you're package is every step of the way and they have prices which are currently unbeaten from what I've seen. I took a month researching computers on different websites before buying the one I've got now, PC Specialist was by far the cheapest. My specs are: RX 9070XT, 7800x3d, 32gb ddr5, 2tb ssd, 850W gold PSU. The price for these specs in a pc on other sites was about £100 more at least. Overall a great place to get a computer, I will most likely use them again when getting my next pc.”

“Did everything they promised so no complaints. Needed someone more IT proficient to explain what I needed to choose so perhaps room for an improved service to cater for us luddites. Delivery was a bit frustrating too. Still, would definitely use again.”

“The item OK in end so I just highlight the critical issues as these are things that could be improved: 1) out of stock processor - they told be I had to pay for upgrade, I think this is wrong if you got a quote (as it only valid for 4 days). PCS should honour upgrades themselves, they only gave me £10 discount 2) they supplied me with a EU Kettle power lead for UK machine, meaning I couldn't switch on for 2 days 3) I paid extra for higher spec thermal paste - I cannot confirm whether they done this or not (I now question this due to 2) above) - I would like a itemised check list of all actions during build and also perhaps a photo of the thermal paste used. 4) DPD delivery - two issues the box had a dent/ hole in box - luckily no damage - but you MUST take extreme care with computers. Also please contact delivery person before attempting delivery because you chose to attempt on Sunday and I was going to go out. but the computer were already in delivery van - I don't want to risk the rest of day in van plus second trip on following day. So I decided it best to stay at home :-(. Poor show for DPD. 1 out of 5 stars for them.”

“PC Specialist can be classed as first rate. The build quality is first rate with very good cable management. My computer was not very powerful and therefore not the most expensive, but attention to detail was impressive. I was kept informed at every stage of the build via e-mail and even a sneak peek photo was sent. The pc was delivered on time by DHL and is now working with no problems. Would I recommend YES. Good build quality, good pricing and good info on build status.”
