“Cannot complain, the build came as expected, very happy with it and would recommend pc specialist to anyone, however it's worth noting that it didn't come within 7-9 days instead it took over 15 days which was quite abit longer than what I deem normal, however I would rather it was done properly. If you are expecting quick delivery then it's a gamble.”

“I was very happy with the Custom options to help build my PC, the website was very easy to navigate, the price was good and the time scale was a little bit longer than I expected but all in all was a very good service and have highly recommended PCS to Friends and Families.”

“Having looked at the website I decided that I could do with advice to formulate my spec for a new Windows 11 compliant desktop PC. I therefore sat down with my IT advisor who has used PC Specialist before and we went through the online questionnaire which was fairly straightforward. Having finalised the spec I placed my order without any issue. From then on I was kept regularly updated while my order was in the pre-construction queue, then durng construction, followed by testing. That was all completed within the timescale initllay indicated. Dispatch and delivery was all straightforward and then I again used my IT advisor to transfer data from my old PC and commission the new one. It has performed as hoped. I believe I have obtained good value for money and recommend PCS to anybody. Depending upon their level of competence though they may be best advised to seek professional help becuase the range of options offered is bewielding.”

“Second time I've ordered from PC Specialist. Staff very helpful with queries that I had & responded quickly. Item arrived within 2 weeks even having ordered over Bank Holiday. For those who don't want to use Windows 365 would suggest instructions as how to do so as I had an issue removing it. Otherwise excellent service & delivery. Pleased with new PC”

“Had new pc for roughly 2 weeks now. pc works works very well. excellent service and an easy set up. was great getting sneak peek 360 picture while in build process. asked for pre wiring done for my own hard drives ready to be installed by myself once i received the pc. having the wiring pre done was very helpful. the shipping time was super fast. pc came with great build quality in robust packaging.”

“I’ve managed to use my new pc to play a range of games and the performance truly is unmatched, I haven’t experienced anything quite like it before. However, it hasn’t all been well. Just last week I opened counter strike and the PC decided to turn off and wouldn’t come back on. Had to go into Bios as it had lost its windows boot drive option. I also noticed that the rgb fans I chose don’t come with a controller so you can’t use the Corsair software to change colours, I have to use signal rgb instead. Overall though I am fairly happy with my new PC, I do wish I could’ve seen how the rgb fans looked lit up as I would have gone with the more dynamic ones instead, but a few small problems are to be expected. I can’t argue regarding performance and speed, really puts my old pc to shame. Also the shipping time was super fast - was also cheaper than all the other sites for the same spec and I really like that they sent me a preview after it had been built.”

“As an 80 year old pensioner who’s first knowledge of computers was when he went to University, this is now my third computer with Pcspecialists. I am not interested in gaming nor do I want a fast computer I look for reliability, the ability to send/ receive mails and the use of Google meet or similar. I also wanted a machine that will handle my photos and video editing. All the above wants were fulfilled at a reasonable cost. If I have a slight criticism it is being bombarded with e mails videos etc as to progress. Just tell me when it is ready!”

“Support staff were good and knowledgeable. The website prompts you if incompatible parts are being combined/too much/little PSU. DPD lost the parcel briefly put found it at the depot the next day.”
