“This is my second PC from PC Specialist, and like the first, excellent service from the word go. Easy to order through a well organised website, good communication regarding build and delivery, and delivered well within the timescale stated. Minor issue with an App was resolved quickly and efficiently though the Tech department. I would recommend this company to anyone”

“Outstanding customer service and an excellent product. I have never configured a custom PC before and the website was very helpful and user friendly, so the configurator being able to tell me what would and wouldn't work was super helpful. In addition the constant updates about the progress of my build and information about installation of my PC made it feel special. Almost as if I was buying a brand new car! Keep up the good work! Excellent value for money.”

“Ordered a new laptop on finance with them. Reasonable price overall and monthly payments especially as the laptop will do and play anything I want which is brilliant. Baldurs gate 3 runs so we'll on it. I got the laptop within days of ordering it coming just in time for the weekend of the week I ordered it. Amazing.”

“the Pc was built quite quickly and despatched sooner than i thought, and I was kept updated on every step from start to finish Unfortunately, on starting it up there was clearly a problem with the graphics.However, the response from customer service was again excellent and after having to jump through a few hoops( expected as the new graphic card that needed to be sent out is between 300 - 400 pounds ), it was resolved very quickly and efficently efficiently(3 days from 1st reporting problem to new card arriving. As soon as i Put new card in it has worked beautifully !!!! I would have given 5 star but for the damaged graphic card which was clearly done in Transit and outside of your control Well, done PCSpecialist !!!!!”

From the go I was impressed with level of service provided, which kept me constanly updated with my order, although I was chomping at the bit in wanting it ASAP, I really appreciated the time and effort given in showing me exactly where my PC was in the order progress at each stage. “Bought a PC after wanting one for years. A friend told me about PC specialist and said it was easy to use and the build would be customisable. I originally wanted to build the PC but had no idea where to start. The website confused me a little at first as there is a variety of options however after a while i understood how to navigate it, I loved the way that you could choose a set up based on the games that you mainly play. I was able to choose a PC case that went well with my setup through the variety of options. As well as choosing what I wanted inside of my build. The PC runs smoothly and is everything I wanted, would recommend to friends and family as it was a super quick process, from the day of order to receiving the pc itself was only 6 days. They kept me extremely up to date with what was happening, even though as times it felt like i was being teased lol.”

“A new laptop to replace a 12 year old Dell XPS15 Telephone advice was very helpful in making the full spec. It would have been good to have been advised that delivery was likely to be at the weekend and that the courier service was Monday-Friday unless a supplement was paid. However this was sorted for me. Laptop startup is very speedy and display seems good. Keyboard layout is different to the Dell and others: I’m slowly getting used to it. On/off switch is fiddly I haven’t yet had cause to test the microphone or camera The real negative is the feeble and tinny sound quality (compared to the Dell, other laptops I have used or my smartphone). I haven’t yet had a Zoom or Teams meeting to see if it will perform adequately for this.”
