“From initial configuration and purchase to using my new PC the service has been top notch. I was really impressed with the build process and the way I was kept in the loop. The unit was subsequently delivered in a really good timescale. Setup was straightforward and the subsequent minor support I asked for was both prompt and helpful. All in all, my experience of PC Specialists has been most positive; going forward they’ll be my go-to supplier.”

“This was the second custom build I've bought from PC Specialist, and both times the service, quality and speed of delivery has been excellent. I need a powerful machine for work, but I'm not especially savvy about the finer details of a build. So I really appreciate the breakdown they have when putting together a build and checking that the parts are compatible. In this case, they also got in touch by phone when a part I'd selected wasn't available immediately. They were able to discuss my needs and offer different options and found solution. So far, 2-for-2 on great machines!”

“Having used a desktop[ computer for many years I was slightly nervous about moving to a laptop. I chose PC Specialist because it was recommended by the magazine to which I subscribe. Their judgement was certainly on the mark. I was kept informed every step of the way as I customised my machine, and delivery was made by DPD in five days. My new laptop is a joy to use now that I have got used to it. I would recommend PC Specialist every time. Excellent products and excellent service.”

“Needed a new PC for heavy gaming / content creation and was able to get this sorted very quickly. From selecting specs and making the order to delivery was very quick (less than a week possibly). They were responsive as well through the account portal to my messages/suggestions and the aftercare (e.g. when my windows got stuck doing an update) were also helpful and responsive. PC was packaged well.”

“The whole process of ordering my new laptop was a breeze from start to finish. The website is clear and easy to use, with drop down menus for any modifications you might require. I placed my order on Sunday night and had the laptop with me Thursday morning. Each day I was given updates on where my order was in the build process. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.”

“Great website, loved being able to spec the laptop exactly how I wanted it. Better spec and cheaper than the bigger brands I looked at. Once ordered you're kept up to date with exactly whats happening right up to the point of delivery. Arrived well packages and exactly on time. Best thing is it doesn't come with added bloatware, it's a clean instal of Windows with no other unecessary guff. The machine itself is fast. screen is gorgeous and it makes my old one seem so klunky. Very happy with PC Specialists. Cheers again”

“My son got his PC from PC Specialist a few years ago and always was praising their service and his PC, so when I wanted a new desktop to upgrade from my 10 years old rig I thought I would give them a try. I wasn’t disappointed, as everything from the actual custom building to it being delivered was fantastic. I used the option to build my rig, but when I had a few questions and had to call them up, nothing was too much trouble and the guys I spoke to all went out of their way to answer any questions or concerns I had. It took less than a week, to get my PC and they sent me updates every step of the way, including a cool 360º pic of my rig to get me excited. I am super happy with my new desktop, it looks and performs amazing. Would highly recommend PC Specialist.”

“I love my custom built PC, it’s exactly what I expected. My only gripe is that the PC Specialist logo on the front of the tower could have been stuck together better. The ends of the words are already unstuck from the tower.”
