“This is a great way to get a custom PC. The process for selecting parts were simple, comprehensive and easy – the automatic compatibility checker in particular made it a breeze to find the right parts for my needs. My new rig was built promptly with plenty of status updates showing the progress of the build. Delivery was great, and my machine was well packaged to prevent it being damaged in transit. Best of all it was at a very reasonable price.”

“Customizing a PC is easy. Delivery was fast. Hardware setup is excellent, and so is the service. The automated emails notifying the customer at every stage of the PC building and shipping is a nice cherry on top.”

“Great job assembling and testing the my PC. One minor complaint and suggestion. The puck from my AIO is only secured by a weak magnet so this did fall off during transit so it may be worth including this separately or securing it somehow to prevent it from damaging other parts. Other than that, amazing with no issues present after over 2 weeks so I can wholeheartedly recommend.”

“I've bought two pcs from PC Specialist over 10 years. The process to order and the updates along the way were great. I liked the fact you got a 3d photograph of your build once it was completed. I applied for finance with the newest one and found that easy enough to do as well. If you go for a pc make sure to use their discord server or message boards. I had loads of help posting my specs getting suggestions and improvements since there is so much to be aware of when building your own PC.”

“After browsing the PC Specialist website I had a rough idea on what I wanted from my new PC. I discussed my needs with one of their advisors who was extremely helpful, and together decided on a set-up for the new PC. The delivery by DPD was bang on time and the PC is everything I wanted and more, so I have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist. P.S. This is the second time that I have used this firm.”

“Incredibly easy to follow steps for building a custom PC. Requires some external research alongside, but the time required to figure out what I needed/wanted was maybe 5% of the time I might have spent building one by myself. The PC I ordered works perfectly, and I especially appreciated that the site let me know when an earlier configuration I'd made included a higher-spec component than I actually needed. Saved me some money! Absolutely would recommend the process to others.”
