“Expert help with configuration of my new pc. Very prompt delivery after testing, no problems with setting up the software to do most of the work my previous Windows 10 computer did. My last computer was from PC Specialist in 2009 and never let me down at all over all those years of constant use. Very pleased with purchase.”

“The customisation and validation of the PC build on the website is very good. Standard build time took about 2 weeks but there were options to accelerate this at a charge. They emailed each time it passed into a new phase and sent photos/video of the progress at one point which was good. Delivery was great and the item was well packaged. I've used them 3 times now and will do again.”

“The quality of work was top-notch. Wasn't expecting much in regard to the case as I opted for the cheapest case, however the case was much better than I had expected. It felt so much sturdier than a standard PC Case that you would get from a PC purchased from a retail store. The performance of the rest of the system is fantastic too. Nothing here that I can fault.”

“We have struggled with off the shelf PCs for a few years now despite “expert” advice. Last year we bought our son a gaming PC from PC Specialist and so we thought we would try them. I went through the website and loaded something that I thought would be ok. I called to discuss and check the quality etc. The advisor was great. We went through what we had, what we struggled with, what we needed etc and at no point were we pressured into a hard sell of upgraded bits, peripherals etc. He even helped me check what we already had and if there was something obviously amiss. The order was delivered within expected time and packages really well. Setup was east, straightforward and swift. Since it arrived, using the PC has been a delight. It has exceeded our expectations and we have already commented that we will return for our next purchases, likely laptops for our kids to use at uni/college. It really has been a case of buy nice or buy twice for us. We won’t be making that mistake again.”

“I'm not a computer wizzkid, far from it. But I did know that I wanted a custom built desktop machine rather than one of the run of the mill PCs you can buy at one of the generic stores up and down the country. I did some research and it was clear that PC Specialist was highly regarded. I created an account and started to choose my components, I must say that I was a little daunted at first because although I know what a processor, RAM and a motherboard is, the lists of numbers with abreviations like GHz, DDR and MHz next to them meant nothing to me, so I did some more research to understand what was what. I certainly don't confess to be anymore of an expert than when I first started, but I did learn a little. (or so I thought!) After completing my list of components for the sixth time, I saved my build as a quote, I then got a message telling me that some of my components were not compatible, this was a reasuring message from PC Specialist, I changed that component and was then able to save my quote. After ordering I had numerous emails giving me a progress report on the build stage and I even got a 360° photo of my machine. It then entered the testing and configuration process and a couple of days later I had an email to say it was awaiting dispatch and another later that day to say it had been dispatched with the courier company DPD. Another email arrived with important set-up information and then the following day my new Desktop PC arrived, very well packed. Excellent service all round from PC Specialist. One tiny niggle, I would have liked a manual for the motherboard as there are different types of USB sockets, I did find the information online so all good. I gave 5 stars because I PC Specialist deserve 5 stars. Many thanks”

“This is an excellent company, supplying a high-quality product and proactive service. The products offered are good quality, and the pricing is competitive when compared to other suppliers. The PC design tool allows you to record your initial preferences and is flexible enough to identify potential incompatibilities in your design, prompting you to change your components where required to accommodate this. Communications are provided at each stage of the process, and the build quality of the final PC was excellent. I would definitely use their services again.”
