“The entire process was really well communicated, from the customising itself it was clear to know what options were available and where amendments were needed. Receiving regular updates about the building process was really helpful and kept me informed. And the final product I am very happy with!”

“The system took about 11 days to be built and shipped. I really appreciated the link to the 360 view of the system at the build stage. Once I received the system I was very impressed. The system was well packaged, had all the additional components, wires and screws, with some added stickers. There was no bloat on the system, with the only added software for fan and RGB contolls. The thing looks great and contains a very shiny graphics card. All in all couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the end product.”

“Sadly I paid extra money for the computer to be built with a quick turn around but the time frame was to short so this didn’t get done. BUT even still they managed to get it done faster than a normal built and refunded me the difference. They were kind and patient with all my emails and questions and helping me get specs together. The pc is here and set up and I am truly in love with it and very happy”

“I ordered an Elimina Series laptop and set up a dual boot with Windows 11 and Ubuntu. It works pretty well. The build quality is good, but I feel the sound could be better. The build and delivery time were within the expected range. Overall, I’m very happy 😊”

“When it comes to laptops, I don’t think PC Specialist always offers the best price-to-performance (which isn’t too surprising since they’re custom builds), but their warranty and repair service is the best I have used. I’ve bought a few laptops from them for family over the years, and any time there’s been an issue, their warranty service has been easy to use - DPD collection, quick turnaround, no hassle. Even when the parts warranty ran out, the repair costs were fair and not the usual massively inflated prices I have come to expect from alternatives.”

“My previous pc that I bought 8 years ago had finally come to an end, nothing I was doing on it was working and everything had really slowed down. I decided that it was time to buy a new one, Pc Specialist made it easy, I could have purchased the parts separately and built it myself as I have done before, but having recently had a new born arrive, I decided to leave it to the professionals, I checked the cost of the more expensive pieces online and to be honest I felt PCS gave a fair mark up, I am extremely happy with the product, its so smooth, looks amazing, and allows me in my limited free time to do exactly what I want. Thank you PC Specialist, I'm sure in another 8 years ill be reaching out again, for you to work your magic.”

“Yet again very happy with my purchase from PC Specialist. This is the third computer I have ordered from them with no problem at any stage. The only reason for buying the recent purchase was that my old PC was still going strong after what must be at least 10 years, but was running Windows 10 that will soon stop being supported. Having previously worked with PCs both at work and home have now moved to a Initia Nova 16 laptop. Once again no problem with the ordering / delivery process and everything has worked from the off. Only slight disappointment is that the identifiers on the keys can become indistinct if the light is in the wrong direction and there appears to be no way of knowing whether Caps Lock and Num Lock are on. But this is probably due to my inexperience with laptops and so not asking the right questions prior to purchase. But all in all, very happy.”
