“Speedy delivery although it wasn't necessary in my case as purchased in black friday sales for an xmas gift so glad i did as it was a great deal at the time and even more so now everything works silky smooth and nice and quiet can i recommend pcspecialist yes absolutely any questions replied in good time from customer service and have comforting feeling that any issues if i do get any will be sorted out”

“Excellent service. I needed a PC for running AI inference and some light model training. Got some great specs for a reasonable price (Nvidia 5090, SAMSUNG 9100 PRO M.2 PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSDs, Ryzen 9 9950X3D). All very in-demand components but all in stock and delivered quickly. Build quality is great, setup was easy, works like a dream. Communications were excellent throughout.”

“Excellent laptop. I felt I paid a fair price for such a good laptop and it's great that everything is fully customisable. Their website said the wait was 4-6 weeks but mine arrived in about 2 weeks which was astounding considering I ordered it around Christmas”

“Product specified by a colleague as I don't have that level of knowledge. When something wasn't available for the build I spoke with somebody who was very helpful in helping me sort out a different piece of equipment and to pay for it over the phone. At no time did I feel out of my comfort zone or being talked down to. Since unboxing after Christmas, with my colleague on site, we identified that the case fans weren't spinning which generated a telephone chat with the technical department. Again very helpful and he did some adjustments to the temperature settings. But I wasn't sure that what I saw on the Armoury Crate screen matched with what I was being told by the tech person, can't remember the name (began with R). It seems that Armoury Crate is a bit flakey? The fans still weren't spinning despite the tweaks being made, so my colleague who has returned home, suggested I checked the fans again by unplugging and plugging them in which I did and if there was still an issue to ring up again which I did. This time I spoke with Archie, again very helpful, who did further tweaks, and suggested the fans weren't being requested because the temperature wasn't high enough. Again what I saw on the Armoury Crate screen didn't match what was actually happening suggesting both fans were spinning but in fact one was static. I hope the unit is OK and lasts a long time we shall see. Overall I was impressed with my dealings with PC Specialist and would happily recommend the company to other people. Thank you for the support to date.”

“This was the 3rd PC I have ordered from PC Specialist. At the time of placing the order I spoke with one of their support personnel to confirm the specification and various technical requirements which was a seamless process. The order was placed and delivered exactly as detailed, the longest part of the installation was the transfer of many terabytes of data from the old machine to the new PC. Everything went brilliantly and the new PC is working very well.”

“Ordered just before Christmas as my old laptop had reached end of life, I had previously had two PC specialist laptops which had long lives and did exactly as promised for the jobs I needed them for, so ordered a third. Just before Christmas I wasn't expecting anything to surface until January due to the break, however, the laptop turned up by New Year, ready to go, it was easy to set up and transfer my old laptop contents across and does everything I want for it. The packaging and delivery were great and I'm sure this will go on to give me many years service like its predecessors.”

“I spoke before christmas via online chat regarding a PC for my son. Replies always very quick. On saturday 27th December I messaged asking if the Sunday delivery was available and told it would be dispached on the Monday for delivery the Tuesday due to christmas. I purchased the PC on the saturday morning and DPD later emailed me that they had received the PC and it would be delivered the Monday. Very happy with that TBH - but then to my sons joy on the sunday morning DPD sent me a text stating it was to be delivered that afternoon. So I received next day sunday delivery without even paying the £19 premium. The PC is excellent and amazed how tidy the cabling is due to all the wires been hidden due to the case design. Very happy with the PC and delivery.”
