The ordering/delivery process is top notch cannot fault that at all, only issue I had (And believe me it was a big issue) basically being new to PC gaming didn’t realise the windows key was tied to the motherboard, i didn’t receive anything to indicate that this is the case, so had a whole issue with getting the license for the computer sorted and when I was following the trouble shooting to reinstall windows to try and resolve the issue, it broke the PC lol but the guys did a rebuild for me and I had mine sent back but I do get the impression that nobody service wise is on the same page as one person would tell me that a collection was arranged collection wouldn’t arrive and when I would contact them to query this it turns out this wasn’t done correctly. Which was frustrating considering I had no working machine for 2 weeks. Finally after nearly 3 weeks I got a replacement sent which seemed way better from the box (only issue was the fans ran really loud but the service guys helped me with this) the machine is great and I’m having a really good time with it, just be aware of the after service n what not as no one is really on the same page in that regard.

The PC was ordered in plenty of time for my sons 18th birthday, after many phone calls and being fobbed off. I ended up having to collect the PC on the day of his birthday. I will say that the build quality is outstanding and is excellent value for money. I would recommend them, just buy well in advance of their claimed 5-7 days if its being bought as a gift.

Your support has been good, your communication is fantastic - unfortunately the PC arrived and the windows install files were corrupted. Aaron on support had to talk me through downloading the files again and putting them on a usb drive and then booting from that - so not an ideal situation. This PC was for me but I buy all the equipment for the 500 strong staff team at work (I am Head of IT) and last week I had to but a desktop pc but went a different direction as I couldn't afford to have it arriving non-functional. My RGB Ram has a mark in the centre of the RGB which is annoying. Apart from that everything else was spot on.

Fails to recover image, fails to install updates, fails to detect keyboard and mouse in windows. Support form PC specialist has been good though, just wish i didn't need it

Good communications and progress reports.. PC arrived and i started to setup and install OS, only to find that one had been installed already (along with bloatware etc) I specifically requested no OS, so had to spend extra time removing OS and deleting partitions etc. The case - while nice looking, does have a glass side panel which i didn't expect.. i wanted all metal - however looking at the pictures on the website it doesn't clearly make this obvious. Finally, there is a strange grinding noise that occurs in the PC for about a second just before the screen wakes up.. ...never does it any other time... strange... Overall - it's not exactly what I wanted (especially for the considerable sum paid) but it'll have to do now.

I’m incredibly grateful to Benito Gabriel and his team for their exceptional work in helping me recover my funds from a scam platform. Their expertise and commitment were evident throughout the entire process, and they handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Thanks to their efforts, I got back every penny I had lost. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of assistance with financial recovery! 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥..𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥𝟒𝟒𝟗@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 —- +𝟏 (𝟓𝟎𝟓) 𝟒𝟎𝟐-𝟎𝟕𝟏𝟒

PC delivery was delayed but thankfully arrived prior to Christmas Eve. All Fans are working perfectly and no detrimental crashes as of now (2 weeks after purchase). The case had a minor dent, but was simple and easy to pull out.

This is my 4th laptop from PC Specialist and the only one I have had problems with! The laptop was ordered with 2 x 500GB hard drives and no operating system. The first hard drive worked without problems but the 2nd one did not. There was about 50 GB of files on it. The files were password protected, so I was not able to remove them. I could not format the drive to remove the files. The drive is working, or 450GB of it is, the team at PC Specialist were helpful but were not able to rectify the problem.

Had a bit of a faff with my first order, where it wouldn't allow me an option to pay via card for some reason. After several failed attempts by customer support the order had to be cancelled and a new one generated for some reason. Once this order got underway all went smoothly. Excellent packaging and the computer build was absolutely fine.

Beautiful PC delivered in good time. So far so good. Only issues is that the case had a small dent on the foot - not visible but makes me concerned how it got there. Also me and my partner ordered same pcs, mine first and then his on a different account, however mine was in testing for a long time and took a day longer to be delivered. I don’t mind but I did email support asking why it was in testing so long and why mine took considerably longer even though the same people tested it etc and they just didn’t understand my question Kept thinking I was asking for an update on my partners pc so I gave up. Also even though the pcs are the same, ours perform differently (he had some systems installed that I didn’t) and has a different set up inside. E.g he has an extra part supporting his graphics card and mine doesn’t. Also mine came already unpacked (like the tape off the glass) but his didn’t and had the enjoyment of peeling it off. Nothing major but my questions went unanswered so we’ll just see. (Won’t let me add pictures)

I recently ordered a high-end PC from PC Specialist, and overall, the process was impressive. Their website was excellent—user-friendly, informative, and made it easy to customize my perfect workstation. Once I placed the order, they kept me updated at every stage of the build, even providing a 3D image of the system before dispatch. The workstation was delivered faster than their quoted timeframe of five working days, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I did not purchase the GPU from them as I already owned two A5000 GPUs, and this is where the issues began. The workstation has had persistent problems with GPU installation. Despite multiple attempts at installing and removing GPU drivers, the system fails to recognize the A5000 GPUs. I eventually had to install a GTX 1660 Super just to get the workstation to boot. I reached out to their support team for assistance, but their response was disappointing. They directed me to download a third-party tool, DDU, but the link they provided didn’t work. As someone who isn’t an expert in system setup—one of the reasons I opted for a pre-built workstation—I found this lack of guidance frustrating. Installing a GPU should be a straightforward process, yet it has turned into a nightmare. Currently, I’m forced to run the workstation using the GTX 1660 Super, as it’s the only way to keep the system operational. I truly wanted to give PC Specialist a 5-star review because their website and approach are excellent, and I understand that occasional issues can arise when setting up a complex machine. However, after spending over £1,700 on the workstation, I expected better after-sales support. A more hands-on and effective resolution would have been appreciated to ensure the system functions as intended.

PC arrived damaged, no fault of PC Specialist. Good but contradicting advice from the support team. PC now up and running, very pleased with it.

First of all I am happy with the build. PC Specialist supplied all of the components that I selected and did a very good job of layout and cabling. However, my experience with PC Specialist was spoiled by several 'bad' experiences (graphics card, courier and pump): * The graphics card developed a fault after owning the PC for 51 days. * I requested the item to be returned and repaired (for free) and a courier collection was organised. On the scheduled day of collection, the courier (Palletways) did not collect. * I contacted PC Specialist and a new collection day was organised. * When the courier did arrive, he asked ME to put my PC in the back of HIS lorry: he did not secure the PC (though it was in its box) and just left it loose in the back of his lorry (I reported this to PC Specialist and they said it was normal and that items are only palleted when they reach the Palletways depot). * The PC was fixed by PC Specialist and returned (new graphics card). It took about two weeks. * When I turned on the 'fixed' PC, the pump emitted a very high-pitched noise (even on the 'silent' setting) that it did not make before it was 'fixed'. This noise continued for almost 1 week. I called PC Specialist several times throughout and everyone I spoke with was well-mannered, friendly, and helpful. Now that the high-pitched noise from the pump has stopped, I'm happy with my new PC.

I've bought several of their laptops recently and the laptops themselves are great. Solidly built and run a treat. The issues I've had have been with getting Windows updated. Each laptop has taken 4-6 hours to get windows fully up-to-date. This is a right pain for me. I've also had a couple of issues with having to authenticate Windows. Sort these problems out and it would be five stars from me.

The PC i have ordered is OK but not great. The way the GPU has been positioned is terrible, they've put it in way that if i want to add more fans on the top side of the case i have relocate the whole GPU and if i move the GPU i have to change the position of the cables. And speaking of cables the way the cables are managed is terrible. So many zip ties its ridiculous, it needs only on 3-4 places and they've put like on 10 and in order to add an additional fan on the front panel you have to trace the cables from the main fan which is mission impossible. Overall is OK, but if i consider building a PC I'll be looking elsewhere.

Delivery was fast, the pc build in general is a good build. But ive had two problems so far, items left on the computer from whomever tested it were flagged as malware to which i contacted technical support who confirmed items where left there by the testing team on accident and that i can delete the folder. But they didn't answer my question as to why stuff was flagged as malware. the second problem is when having 3 basic items such as keyboard mouse and headset plugged in to the USB 2.0 panels on the back of the machine i get a not enough controller resources error. i used these items on the previous pc i got from pc specialist with no issues. so honestly confused why theres not enough resources on a machine that is 6 year newer. i havent had time to contact the support and go through and see if there can be a fix but the fact theres 2 issues in general and the support the first time around wasn't the greatest customer service. i would still suggest pc specialist. as i said ive baught 3 systems from them in the past and in the past they are good and issues get resolved. i gave the 3 star rating this time around because the USB issue seems something that should have been checked during testing, and having items flagged as malware thats left on the system from pc specialist and not being reassured only told you can delete the folder wasn't very good customer service overall but still decent. i would still buy from pc specialist though as in the past i have had only one issue with previous machines that was fixed quickly.
