Delivery was fast, the pc build in general is a good build. But ive had two problems so far, items left on the computer from whomever tested it were flagged as malware to which i contacted technical support who confirmed items where left there by the testing team on accident and that i can delete the folder. But they didn't answer my question as to why stuff was flagged as malware. the second problem is when having 3 basic items such as keyboard mouse and headset plugged in to the USB 2.0 panels on the back of the machine i get a not enough controller resources error. i used these items on the previous pc i got from pc specialist with no issues. so honestly confused why theres not enough resources on a machine that is 6 year newer. i havent had time to contact the support and go through and see if there can be a fix but the fact theres 2 issues in general and the support the first time around wasn't the greatest customer service. i would still suggest pc specialist. as i said ive baught 3 systems from them in the past and in the past they are good and issues get resolved. i gave the 3 star rating this time around because the USB issue seems something that should have been checked during testing, and having items flagged as malware thats left on the system from pc specialist and not being reassured only told you can delete the folder wasn't very good customer service overall but still decent. i would still buy from pc specialist though as in the past i have had only one issue with previous machines that was fixed quickly.

Good communication during the build process, some unexpected delays. Front doesn't hold properly onto the case, but a bit of tape fixes that. Computer seems to work well. Adequate.

The laptop is AMAZING overall however there are some very significant issues that cannot be ignored that at times severely ruin the entire experience. For example the screen every now and then suddenly goes white for a few milliseconds, and the laptop sometimes when I'm playing a game shuts down even though the laptop is definitely not overheating since I always check the thermals and the highest they go is about 60C° and overall stay on around 40-50°. Also the laptop becomes VERY loud, now this is understandable if I'm playing a game that is demanding but sometimes even if I'm playing a game like spore or something even older it starts heating despite the fact it has space underneath it that is sufficient for good ventilation. Also the mouse sometimes if I'm playing a game then the character keeps on shooting, and this isn't a issue with one game but two or three like apex legends and igi. Furthermore the mouse sometimes disconnects in the sense its plugged in to the computer but it loses connection then j have tk rake it outland put it back in for it to connect again. Also the speakers are not that good since the soundis quite low. I have a eliminia Pro 16 M with 32 gigs of RAM, 1 TB SSD, amd ryzeb 7 7000 series and a 3050.

Not quite sure how to right this review. I specced and bought a Elimina Pro Series: 16" gaming laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 Eight Core Processor 7735HS, 32GB Corsair 4800MHz SODIMM DDR5 and NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 4060 - 8.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1. I bought ot for games like Starfield while I'm away from home. No matter what I do with the graphics settings in game in makes no difference to the visual experience and while it's running the game, the fans are running at max chat it sounds like there is an aircraft taking off in the room. I have to wear my sound cancelling headphones to be able to hear the game and can still hear the fan noise in the background. The game loads fast and there is no stutter or lag but the noise and disappointing graphics are a negative. Not managed to play any other games on it yet to see if it is just that one game, but I thought this machine should be more than capable of supplying a better experience than a console. PC Specialist themselves were great with processing the order and getting it shipped.

The delivery driver left nearly two grand of equipment on my front door step on Saturday despite my saying I would be away for the weekend and arranging for the delivery to be on Monday.

Wasn't going to write a review but they emailed me twice now, when I frist got my pc I would have given the 5 star, however after 3 days of my pc arriving the gpu stopped working, so I emailed tec support which didn't reply for 4 days, I called them after waiting a day after being told by customer services that they reply within 24 hours, the first guy I spoke too was no help said he would get back to me the same day after looking at the log files I sent, so I had to call again, to finally get someone that was willing to put the time in to help after 2 hours on the phone he sent me the gpu replacement (would give him five star). Overall I wouldn't buy from here unless your lazy like me and don't wont to build your pc your self or don't know what your doing

Was a little pricey and got a different rtx 4090 than the one I ordered (phantom instead of nvidia). This is probably the reason why some games (code vein, which doesn't even have really high graphics) still crash when I try to play with high graphics. Either that or 4090s just aren't as good as I thought they'd be. Took quite a while to assemble and deliver too. Would've taken longer if there wasn't a misunderstanding of the 3 day fast track that I didn't actually buy nor want. The PC did arrive in one piece and works but it came with quite a few unassembled parts that were probably to do with the Strix raid soundcard thing and not the actual PC itself. I'm pretty happy though all things considered.

Amazing pc love the flow etc, only thing is as much as ive been gaming for ages, for new commers n that it would be nice for the spare parts to have like a bit of paper explaining what they are and how to install, or good ways to help clean dust from the pc

Having ordered from PC Specialist before, I knew they provided great customer service and quality products, hence I wanted to order my son's birthday gift from them. I fast tracked the order to 5 days which was fulfilled, however, I was called halfway through by their customer services to change the case to a more expensive one as the components wouldn't fit in the chosen one. This, despite the online configuration tool not picking this up, plus I had to pay the difference! Also, I was sent a 360 degree image of the PC during building, but found the CPU fans were not in the requested place. They were not changed after another phone call, which ended up being fine, but there was no feedback from the engineer to say it was better or more compatible in their current position. On arrival the PC didn't load into Windows properly the first time, then we were greeted by the engineer's diagnostic tool software, all over the desktop. On 2nd boot up, we managed to register my son as the sole user, but there was a more pressing issue...the RGB lighting. The Corsair RGB fans aren't even detected by iCue and instead Asus armoury crate has detected them. Whilst we can select their colour, every so often during use, they flash a bright bluish white which is incredibly distracting. My son now uses the PC with most of the LEDs switched off, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Overall, I have given PCSpecialist a 3 star review, however to be clear their support team in my experience has been 5 stars - I couldn't fault them if I tried. Their prices are also the most competitive on the market. The only reason that the review has been lowered was due to the length of time it took to recieve a functional PC and the issues we faced - from the initial order, it took 102 days to receive a properly functioning PC. This was due to the initial order taking a longer time than it was supposed to and due to the first machine arriving and not booting, then we had a complete rebuild which arrived and was also barely functional - it was incredibly unstable and only 1 output source would work. We then also had to go through the process of negotiating a return etc, which took a considerable amount of time. The support team were constantly in contact with us throughout the process and we received updates to the process very often. Overall I would recommend PCSpecialist.

Good build quality but poor customer service. Was promised the balance of thermal compound I paid extra for but this was later retracted and not sent. I asked some technical questions online which went unanswered. 6-8 working day shipping became 11 working days.

Able to use the website easy, with advice on a build popping up as you go. Pc came just in around 2 weeks. Looks good, and came safely, but the pc has had repeated issues since arriving. Pc specialist tech support have been quick to respond but still having issues. Hopefully a third reinstall of windows will help

All in all, the experience was good. PC has come and I'm writing this review on it now - it's very fast and works very well and am overall quite happy with the build quality and the PC itself. The time it took to receive the PC from the time I ordered was quite a while and it's why I'm taking off a star - if certain parts had been more efficient, it wouldn't have fallen on the bank holidays and then added further delays. I don't like the 'give a really really long estimation date so any quicker than that seems to be a bonus'. I also had to email asking for drivers (to keep a back-up of the drivers) and the bonus gift with my purchase as neither of these had been sent or added automatically to my account despite there being a Downloads section on my order. When you're spending that much on a PC, you expect a bit more attention to detail. I probably would order from them again as the experience was good, there were just a few parts where I'd have expected better.

Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. PC Specialist did replace the laptop but the second laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.

It's reassuring that the specification you select is verified. E.g., I initially chose a PSU with insufficient power and more fans than needed since the case I selected had integral fans. Build and delivery time felt quite long though: around 3 weeks. Also not impressed that the delivery driver felt fine about leaving a 2 grand PC on my doorstep and leaving with a knock, despite the specification to leave with a neighbour if necessary. Glad I was in.

I have used PC Specialist for years for my business and always been 100% happy, the latest order not so much... The production time was initially set up to 9 days, in the end it was over 3 weeks, this I can live with, although it was an over promise and under delivery. When it arrived a few weeks ago we have had issues with it, firstly the windows licence was not entered correctly and we have since spend considerable time trying to trouble shoot the issue, which begs the question, why was in not tested properly? Ryan who is helping trouble shoot is great, the response time is slow but I accept they are a big company with lots of pull on their time. Will I order again, truth be told, I just do not know right now...

The price is good and there were a lot of components to pick from but after that everything is very slow and unpleasant the build time took them 2 weeks longer than it should´ve and the shipping said 4 days even tho it`s actually going to take 1,5 weeks. Also PLEASE start using any other shipping company than fedex their the worst shipping company and i cant pay my VAT because of them
