Excellent customer service, with 360 degree video of workstation sent to me during construction/test. The only downside was inaccessible USB ports due to misalignment in the case (see photo). This was evident in the build image supplied by PC Specialist, and should really have been picked up in the final quality control check, before shipping. It was an easy job to re-align by reseating the card in the mother board, as advised by customer service, but should not have been necessary in the first place. Other that small thing, I would have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist to other computer enthusiasts looking to source a bespoke piece of hardware. My AI image processing models now run in a fraction of the time they used to!
