I have been a customer for many years. I am very happy with the performance of the system I specified. The PC was obviously handled roughly by the courier, as it arrived tipped over inside its box, with the padding torn and loose. It looked like the box was too big. Fortunately the system doesn't seem to have suffered any ill effects.
