This is my 4th laptop from PC Specialist and the only one I have had problems with!
The laptop was ordered with 2 x 500GB hard drives and no operating system. The first hard drive worked without problems but the 2nd one did not. There was about 50 GB of files on it. The files were password protected, so I was not able to remove them. I could not format the drive to remove the files. The drive is working, or 450GB of it is, the team at PC Specialist were helpful but were not able to rectify the problem.
