I’ve been very happy with my new PC. I bought my previous one from here and it lasted me 6 years. It’s still running and works well enough, but it was definitely time for an upgrade. Only critiques I have is the fans get faster quite easily so noise may be an issue and also it failed to start this morning with no explanation or warning and got stuck on the restart screen. It now works as normal after a forced shut down.

The staff in the call centre are always really happy to help, and very knowledgeable about their products. Sometimes the communication between them gets lost in translation (as you usually end up speaking with a different person each time you call), but their customer service is on the whole wonderful. They take their time and make you feel valued as a customer. Our first PC lasted four years, we have now returned and had a replacement PC built as repairing the first one was not economically viable.

Long time PCS customer. Had some issues with some faulty RAM but we managed to rectify it quickly. Currently dealing with support over icue issues. Nothing for PCS to blame for but support being helpful.

Pc is great, had to rewire the power and reset buttons however as these were back installed backwards

The pc was customised within my specs. The agents were very helpful helping me build my pc sepcs. They advised what is good for my needs. I got it within the expectation date.

Very well made PC additional fan was added to the intake however my windows install failed to activate and was corrupted making my games freeze on launch and I had some audio issues but a reset of windows fixed this customer service reached out to help so all was well

The ordering process itself was simple enough and the website was helpful and ensured i did not order things that did not go together. After delivery I had some initial trouble with the RAM blocks but PC Specialists customer support was top notch and were able to remotely diagnose the problem and i had new RAM blocks in hand the next day. I was very impressed with how well their customer support worked when things did not go as planned.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Explained things in an easy t9 understand manner for a non technical person like myself. Gave 4 stars opposed to 5 as had to chase up a few times for return delivery charges to be refunded and a warranty question I asked took 3 attempts to answer but would use again. Hopefully I don't have to use the 3 year warranty, but have faith they provide a good service.

I called the helpline and was helped massively by the rep walking me through my decision process and explaining the differences between models and hardware. The laptop is well built with no cheap plasticy bits and has absolutely no branding on, which I really appreciate.

I always find giving 5 stars within a short period from purchase a little premature, but what I will say is from ordering to receiving my laptop has been impeccable. The Elimina Pro is exceptional and I am more than pleased with it, within the time that i've had it. I love the suberb screen resolution and the specs, which I chose of course, which more than meet my needs. I love the privacy shield on the camera, which I suppose is ironic given that it is the weakest aspect of this laptop, but I would never have used it anyway. Given that this was a custom built laptop it was very competitive with off the shelf alternatives so all in all a very happy chappy.

I’m reasonable happy with the whole process. The website was easy to use. Being able to customise the build to suit my needs and the components that were available was the main attraction. I wanted to add another SSD storage drive the day after placing my order online, but when I telephoned, I was told this wasn’t possible even though the motherboard was able to accommodate this. The on-line order system allowed me to order four HDD and a DVD drive, but there was only four power supply available on the motherboard, so I had to lose one HDD drive in order to keep the DVD drive. It was unfortunate that the online order system wasn’t able to identify this. The delivery process was fast, but unfortunately, the packaging arrived damaged. After a close inspection inside the PC case, I found that one of the HDD drive was loose and I had to tighten it myself. I assume it became loose during delivery. I ran a drive test afterwards to see if it was damaged in any way, but no errors were reported. I asked for my hard drives to be partitioned on my order form, but unfortunately this was missed when I first tested the system. I phoned for support and was shown how this can be done in Windows. My order also included a 4 port USB PCI-E card, which I am unable to use as the USB slots are positioned too close to the case and a USB cannot be inserted without hitting the PC case. It was unfortunate that this was not tested/picked up during the build process. Overall, the PC was well put together. The assembly and testing process etc. was good. I was kept up to date with the build process. The quality and tidiness of the PC build was good. Despite the issues that I had, it is all up and running now, and I am reasonable pleased with it so far.

The PC was built exactly to my specifications and the cable management is incredibly neat. being able to track the exact stage of my build on the website was great. The system was packaged securely and runs perfectly out of the box. Highly recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a reliable custom build without the hassle of doing it yourself.

The on-line order system is fine until it identifies incompatible items. I phoned for support and was advised to select a different case, i was also told that someone would call me when another item was back in stock. The call never came so I called instead and the matter was resolved. When my PC arrived, a day early on a Saturday, I plugged in the peripherals but could not get it work properly. On Monday some instructions arrived that, when followed solved the problem I had. So in summary some glitches but I have a PC that should last me for some years.

Got regular updates, was nice picking parts and came pretty fast and have had no current issues. Only small issue was during pc creation it recommended the minimum psu power for my parts when I realistically i should buy 100W more which is really nothing but yeah
