“PC Specialist built my new PC for a reasonable price when you factor in the cost of components and faff associated with building a new PC. I did however buy and add a graphics card separately due to cost. I did feel the build time could have been a bit faster. There was also a slight problem with the case whereby the flymesh was touching the case fan but this was resolved very quickly and satisfactory with a new mesh delivered rapidly.”

“Overall the PC is really well built and PC specialist respond to customer queries promptly. But the lead times on the site aren't accurate and you have to chase for any update mostly only getting vague answers that you can just get on the website. (When you are spending the amount of money people generally spend customer service I'd say is slightly more important than what you actually get) In conclusion the job they are paid to do which is building pcs they are very good at customer service not so much.”

“I have been a customer for many years. I am very happy with the performance of the system I specified. The PC was obviously handled roughly by the courier, as it arrived tipped over inside its box, with the padding torn and loose. It looked like the box was too big. Fortunately the system doesn't seem to have suffered any ill effects.”

“The website was easy to use and they were informative during the process. The pc runs extremely well and it is quite a significant upgrade from my previous pc. My only issue with the pc was on arrival, the GPU support had been over tightened, which meant the fan on the GPU was catching on the support. After an adjustment this was fixed, the case is slightly warped at the back due to the above issue but that doesn't bother me. Overall, great service and I will use them again in the future.”

“The computer was built to spec and on time, and I was kept informed at every step. The result is a nice-looking, well constructed machine. However, one front USB port wasn’t working. The company was prompt in offering assistance when I reported this, and ultimately offered to accept a return when it turned out not to be something I could fix for myself, but by the time I’d discovered it I already had the machine set up with a lot of personal data loaded, and as I didn’t actually need that port, I decided to live with it. They did suggest that they could send me a replacement for the relevant part, but after I asked them to do so, so that I could look at replacing it myself, I heard no more from them. I accept that this was just an unfortunate flaw in one component, but it should have been caught in testing.”

“Generally happy with the build. Looks smart and clean. had to call up to change the standard NZXT Fans with the corsair fans which was fine. but when the build was underway i was told they had no 140mm for the bottom which is disappointing.”
