The pc arrived in perfect condition and works great but it took more than two weeks to deliver which was a little annoying but it was worth it in the end.

The build and delivery were really fast. The gaming laptop I ordered is high quality and has no issues so far. The only thing that went wrong was that the liquid cooling device I ordered did not come with a required power adaptor.

Quick turn around on two custom laptops. Seems bizarre that they have started sending out laptops without Windows 10 Pro licensed. This seems to be a new thing I think since Windows 11 has been released. Means a little more configuring once we receive the machine. We have previously had repairs carried out on previous orders and the turn around on repairs is much slower than on new orders. This may have been resolved now though as we have not needed a repair for quite a while. Generally a good build and would use again.

Unfortunately the laptop did not work properly when I first started using it - blue screen of death appearing - and it had to be returned. I received it back after a an incompatible component was replaced. It is now the best computer I have owned.

quick and easy to place my order unfortunately the pc was very buggy when it arrived and the only solution i had left after days of trying to figure it out was to reset everything to factory settings

Ordering a pc was easy and helpful comments if you tried to order a modification to configuration which wouldn't work. Very prompt build and delivery. The only issue was that PC wouldn't start, had to open case and push some connections into place. Works well now - hence 4 stars

For the most part really good. Good at letting me know where it was in the build process and delivery was very smooth. GPU bracket wasn’t properly fitted or was dislodged and the gpu fan was hitting it but was easy enough fix.

Everything was good, had dents in my radiator and the the packing foam was too tight which apon removal almost dislodged the gpu. One of the Wi-Fi antennas was broken.

This is my third time I’ve purchased a laptop from pc specialist, & I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else when building a laptop. The service is 1st class & they kept me informed almost every day on the production of my laptop, very quick delivery aswell, & if I’ve ever needed to get in contact with them they’ve always been very helpful & reliable. Big thanks pc specialist 👍

I admit i had never heard of PC Specialist when it was recommended to me by a friend. He knew i was looking for a new Desktop PC after my last one (purchased from Costco) was a bit of a nightmare so said PC Specialist were "the best around". I must admit i was very impressed with the website - the fact it checked the components you were picking were compatible - and once i made my order the communication during the build and test phase was great. The only reason i can't give them 5 stars is i had a couple of issues with my pc when it arrived. Whilst giving the desktop a once over to check everything i noticed a couple of things had not been put together correctly on the case. It just looked like they had rushed to put it together as covers were attached upside down and one component looked bent as it had been forced into place. It only took me 10 minutes to fix by undoing a few screws and putting it back together but that's not really the point. My other problem was my Windows installation was broken so it wouldn't perform any updates. Searching the PC Specialist forums (which are very good by the way) i found similar issues posted by others and the community were very helpful in providing me with what i needed to do to fix it. Basically it was a complete re-install of Windows. Again this was not ideal, and the fact i only discovered this fault after i had manually added all my programs and software, essentially meant i had wasted a few hours of my life. I can't really blame PC Specialist for this as apparently it is a common issue with the Windows OOBE tool that is installed on their machines, but it was a frustration none the less. Overall however i do love my new PC and the support from PC Specialist really was great in helping my with my issues. I would definitely recommend PC Specialist. It is just a shame for these few minor quality control issues i faced.

Firstly the website where you can build your PC is fine. Some issues with not telling you about incomparability until your done and ready to place the order. But it's only a small issue and considering the complexity of components it's not too surprising. They don't list the price of components. This is both ridiculous and frustrating. You have to note the total build cost, change the part, look at the new total build cost and get the calculator out. There was an issue during testing and I'm glad this was resolved beforehand. But this lead to unavoidable delays in posting the pc and despite an online chat and 1 phone call from the tech building the PC, my request to have the PC sent for delivery asap and not at the weekend because this was only agreed if the PC was shipped on-time with no issue, was ignored. This lead to a further call but the PC was then sent on the day. The build is top notch. The graphics card support bracket was not in place and was supporting air. You might make the excuse it moved transit, but all screws and fittings were sold with no room or give for movement. Very clean build. Simple setup instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my PC. Comparing prices with just building yourself, it's a pleasant surprise and considering the benefits of having someone else build, test, configure etc and the warranty deals. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending PC Specialist. I will definitely be using them again.

Quick service and good price for parts. Had a slight issue in not having the requested graphics card in stock, but was able to find a solution quickly and recieve the PC quickly. Good quality build once recieved.

This is the 2nd PCS computer I have purchased. Ordered and delivered in 3-4 days, started it up and set UK location, language and keyboard, a day later it failed to 'recognise' my keyboard, this was after using the keyboard for the initial setup, after trying several USB sockets I found the one that it 'liked', for a while. Then I noticed the system time was out, a usual sign that the BIOS battery is failing, but this was a new machine, I later found out it had some how set itself to Canadian time. After ringing PCS I was asked to remove the BIOS battery and re-insert it but no change to the time, I couldn't log into Windows as the keyboard problem was back to enable me to get at the system control panels. I then found out you can get a virtual keyboard (ease of access) up at the login screen, use your mouse to enter a pin or password and get into Windows and that Windows sometimes turns on Sticky Keys, an ease of access feature that can cause problems and it did, all these problem disappeared after turning them off. I bought another keyboard, this worked fine for 2 days then the computer started beeping at start up, one long beep, a space then 3 short beeps and the computer wouldn't go any further on the start up, the internet 'said' that's showing a memory 'fail', but PCS advised me that it is a generic signal and could mean anything, so on request I removed the graphics card and re-inserted it, no change. I was using a 'new' Display Port cable (the graphics card has 3 DP and one HDMI outlet), no problems in the past, then on the verge of organising a return I decided to try a HDMI cable and hey presto the system started as normal ! I have always used Display Port rather than HDMI, after a couple of days I switched back to Display Port and the computer is fine BUT it still beeps at starting up, one long a space then 3 short beeps but on switching to the right cable source on the monitor the computer works as normal and has been so far.

This is my third order with PC specialist and each time they have either reached or exceeded my expectations My latest build was with an RTX 4090 and an i9 13900k, and these are beasts and work great Only two issues with my most recent order, one is that my case is a Corsair 5000t rgb, and sadly the border led strips don’t light up, after checking with customer service from Pc specialist and Corsair seems this is just a faulty model, although seemed to work in testing And one further issue is my new PC seemed to overheat and switch off once although no repeat of this nor reason I can find it happened so may have fixed itself Overall Pc specialist are great and I would recommend them

Thr Pc arrived in a timely manner. Everything was there. The technician set it up in fast a clear way and everything was easy to understand. However there was a plastic wrap left Infront of the front facing fans that is impossible to move with no clear way of removal. Overall 4/5.

Got my pc pretty fast had a few issues at the start of getting it however PC Specialist replied to my emails swiftly and the issue was sorted

Very Good Website - liked the way it steered the novice PC Build Customer through the process. Great Flowchart and Customer informed at every stage of the Build. Price was reasonable Service was good. I did think 9 days was a slow process, but had the faster 5 day build. Delivery was very good. Item was well boxed. I had an initial problem with BIOS but rang Customer Support and got a fix around booting the test Windows install. I spent the whole 14 days of the 'nofault' return period to test the build through a number of Linux Mint and Ubuntu OS performance checks to assure myself that I had the build I wanted. A- would be my rating.

Overall the PC I ordered and received was great. The games I want to run, work perfectly. However, it took longer than I expected before my PC was worked on, plus when I received my PC, it was still in the testing stage. I had to reinstall windows 11 in order to get it working properly. Once I had set up the operating system however, it worked perfectly. Its fast, quiet and stable.
