It was good to see regular updates as my PC was built and tested. Good information on the site as I selected the specs. And it arrived extremely well packed.

I am very happy with my new pc and there are no issues so far. I was particularly happy that the quality of the packaging of the pc has improved significantly compared to my previous pc delivery 3 years ago.

Delivering on promise. Good quality packing. Does what it says on the tin. Only comment I'd make is that I would have benefited from a bit of guidance which actually I didn't ask for so my own fault. I did rely on help from son in law for spec.

A thorough and professional service - I had my concerns about whether they would deliver on their promises when I placed the order, hadn't previously purchased with PC Specialist. Still, this worry was quickly dispelled with the regular email updates as to the order status from the initial purchase to the final delivery, giving me the confidence that they were good to their word.

The laptop is really great, nice quality finishing. But I have some suggestions. 1- The water cooler system It seems to work great, but the fan system itself is quite loud, also, the tube connector are not long enough for you have the cooler system side by side with your laptop, it need to be 90 degree. 2- The Touchpad fitted is HUGE, and unfortunately it become really annoying when you are using another mouse because all the time your hand keep activating and deactivating it.

Website is still good but you used to be able to see the component prices directly in the dropdowns, this is very useful for judging trade-offs within the build (especially with GPU prices at the moment). Build and dispatch was good. Delivery wasn't great - I was in, but the delivery person left the package outside and didn't try calling/texting me or even knocking on the door as far as I can tell. No harm done but could have ended in a lost computer. Computer itself seems good except there is a wireless driver problem with Win 11 - not PCSpecialist's fault per se but maybe you can source a different card as this seems to be quite well known online.

If you want a PC that is not ordinary. An extra large disk, DVD drive then this is the place to go.

Placed order a week before Xmas with no rush and pc was delivered 7 days later. Couple of niggles with set up was dealt with by customer services with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone.

Most of the oc seems fine. Over the people building the PC didnt put the type c port to connect with motherboard which was something I'd need on a daily bases..

Customer delivery was good and came within the 5-7 days time frame. Price was as expected for a gaming PC. Never applied for a refund or return as yet. Although some games appear to be lagging.

I have been having problems with my computer. I haven't been able to fix the issues with it, a RAM slot is broken, and I experience technical errors while loading up & using it. Customer service is slow and not very responsive, however, since it was before and just after Christmas, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I will be able to reach them and resolve my issue! Aside from the problems I listed, I am very pleased with the PC and its build quality, cable management, and ease of setup.

Used Pc specialist twice now, excellent service. Pc this time was built and delivered within 6days, which meant a rig i did not expect to arrive until after xmas arrived before. Happy days!! Only fault i have was as i didn't buy Pc with pre-installed graphics card, i found that the power cable that had been left for GPU was not facing the correct way, so i had to twist the cable to plug in the GPU, not the end of the world, and if i could i would give a 4.5 star review.

I considered building a PC myself, but as I have no experience doing so, I decided to go with PC Specialist for the customer support and warranties in case anything went wrong. I’m glad I did, as the PC was crashing consistently from the day I received it. The support team at PCS were easy to get through to and very helpful. The returns process was straightforward and within a couple of weeks the PC was fixed and returned to me free of charge. Communication during the initial build and the returns process was great. While it was frustrating having to send the PC back for a repair, ultimately I’m very happy with the PC built by PCS.

First of all - courier/delivery -I have already messaged you. Yes we got a series of email messages setting out when the goods would be delivered. However there was no attempt to establish that there was someone at home to take delivery despite lights on and a car in the driveway. It was only good fortune that intervened and a very late check on email messages said the delivery had been made some time ago? On opening the front door we found a very wet package on the very dark front step. Otherwise the package would have been out all night. That is if it had not been removed before we got up. NOT GOOD PRACTICE. The goods - looks fine and seems to be good. However, you do not tell people you need to do the "SET UP " at home via the web. The order did not accept the offer of the three months trial of "Anti-Virus" because the device was NOT GOING TO ACCESS THE WEB. It was to be used as a stand alone machine. Low and behold - the only way to set it up was via the web. Now maybe most of your clients are very "tech" switched on. However, this is the first I have heard of having a "box of tricks" that you had to go somewhere else to be able to "get the tricks" to work.

They keep you informed all way through the whole process and send you regular e-mail updates. Only quality components are used and the system is thoroughly tested before dispatch. Excellent !!!!
