“The PCS website is a joy to build your desired PC and the ordering process is easy. After a few days the PC arrived and was quickly set up and running. Everything worked smoothly except the iCUE software which kept and keeps crashing. The PCS Technical Team have worked hard to fix this, but the problem still persists. They are really trying to fix this issue. I am impressed by how quiet the PC runs. Anyone who is looking for a new PC or Laptop should go straight to PCS.”

“I have used pcspecialist for my previous rig and have sworn by them. Just bought a new rig with them, i am having some technical difficulties setting my new rig up but the guys at PcSpecialist are currently guiding me through to help rectify this problem ASAP”

“Ordered on a Sunday night and paid for Saturday delivery. was delivered by following Saturday despite my not paying for premium / taste build. It is well put together and extremely well packaged with inventive use of foam inside case to protect cooling towers etc during transit. The cable management was excellent with GPU power left free as was installing own graphics card which is asked about on order page the only issue I had is quite a fe HDD from previous pc needing to be added which I should have added to order GPU instructions I guess as all the power leads were fastened out of the way with cable ties etc”

“Very good website which allows an exceptional degree of customisation. Excellent communication throughout the build including photos and all very reasonably priced. I have a couple of minor niggles with the PC itself but I've no doubt they will be resolved quickly.”

“PC arrived, build took a little longer than expected but PC looks great. Experiencing a few teething problems but they are being really helpful and proactive… hoping the issue will be resolved soon”

“Great UI to configure my Laptop. Seem to automatically take into account which parts are and aren't compatible together (e.g: wattage requirements and other components that need be compatible) My only suggestion would be to remove excess folders that were already in my root C: folder. (I suppose it was used for testing purposes) and also, it's probably the most boring package I've ever seen for any device I've unboxed. Not a huge deal, but that initial excitement of a new device is diminished.”

“They built my pc for me and now I am able to play games and do work on it with no problem, the customer service was very good as when I took off my side panel to remove the foam and polyethylene foam I struggled to put it back on however after phoning up the phone service and talking to a PC specialist I was able to put it back on. Price was fair and delivery was delayed however when it arrived and came the pc was fine with no scratches or any problems”

“PC specalist has been fantastic in the past, however, I recieved a computer with what I believe is a faulty motherboard. I am currently in the process of returning the PC for this issue to be fixed. Cusotmer Service - The customer service is 10/10 they were able to help me with all the issues I was having/seeing. Price - I believe the price of the PC was reasonable as I was unable to find custom built PC's for the same price. Delivery - Sadly when my delivery had arrived it was water damaged. The delivery itself arrived within the outlined time frame. Returns and Refunds - Currently the process seems seamsless and they are happy to accept my return as I exaushted every avenue when trying to fix the PC with their support team help.”

“So on the hole was very pleased from ordering through to playing my first game other than unfortunately the riser rail I think they call it was broken in transit so when we first set the pc up it couldn’t detect the graphics card. On contact with pc Specialists they sent us out a new rail and gave us permission to change it without affecting the warranty. It’s working perfectly now so although frustrating at the time not really anyones fault and dealt with positively.”

“Good service and excellent build quality - tidiest computer cabling I have ever seen! Some initial driver issues that had to be resolved but once it was fully updated it ran very well and is doing exactly what I asked for.”

“Very pleased with the Lafite 3 laptop I’ve ordered! Just one thing is that the pictures online show the laptop with a fingerprint scanner and the laptop didn’t come with that feature…. Other than that very happy.”
