PC specalist has been fantastic in the past, however, I recieved a computer with what I believe is a faulty motherboard. I am currently in the process of returning the PC for this issue to be fixed. Cusotmer Service - The customer service is 10/10 they were able to help me with all the issues I was having/seeing. Price - I believe the price of the PC was reasonable as I was unable to find custom built PC's for the same price. Delivery - Sadly when my delivery had arrived it was water damaged. The delivery itself arrived within the outlined time frame. Returns and Refunds - Currently the process seems seamsless and they are happy to accept my return as I exaushted every avenue when trying to fix the PC with their support team help.
