I have been a loyal customer for many many years - and PCSpecialists are excellent. The advice, the ability to cope with issues or change, the quality of components and build are second to none ... all for a reasonable sensible price. I couldn't personally recommend them enough for the Home PC enthusiast. That said, I do need to dock them a quarter star for allowing me to order a component that they didn't actually have in stock, when the order placed despite the automated stock check (a FireWire Card), a quarter star for a damaged digital q-code display and half a star for fan fitting in the case, being a little poor - because they t'ing.
