The PC was built and dispatched in the estimated time frame. Although everything seems fine with the PC. The install of Windows 11 seemed to be corrupted e.g. If I clicked on sound settings, it would come up with virtual reality settings or something. So not sure what happened there? I did a reinstall of Windows 11 and everything is fine now. That was the only issue I had and why I'm giving 4 stars.

Fantastic custom built pc bought for husband's birthday and he is very happy with it. Although I ordered with more than enough time, due to delays it was not going to arrive by his birthday so I had to pay £70 extra for fast track which I shouldn't have had to. Also one of the leg stands came cracked but customer service dealt with and sent out a new leg efficiently and quickly. Overall happy now with it.

Ordering from PC specialist is brilliant, their website advises you on all compatibility issues with your components etc and makes it all easy and stress free. The PC is mostly great, there were some issues with software (e.g. the Microsoft app store wasn't working when delivered so I had to do some fixes). I would have given 5 stars if not for the delivery time. They advertise 9-12 working day expected delivery, mine arrived on the 15th working day. They do have fantastic communication at every stage of the build / delivery process which is why I know that my order sat doing nothing for the first 12 working days of this time. Once they started working on my order it was built, tested and shipped within the space of 2 days.

Very well put together PC, with quality components well-installed, care over cable management and a clean look. Kept up to date with progress (including with an advanced 3D look and was responsive to questions. I requested delivery after a specific date and it arrived 9AM on the correct date. Also very user-friendly website - much easier than competitors. My only criticism is that I had to request fast track as the process was taking longer than I anticipated (and the communication in that regard was slightly ambiguous). All of a sudden, it got built very quickly, so I am a little cynical about whether fast track is a means of bringing in additional money. Having said that, the calculation which offered me a cheaper, lower wattage PSU does counter that theory somewhat. Other than that, I would certainly recommend and would use again.

It works perfectly, thank you. I am no expert, but my only criticism is that I cannot get it to connect to wifi, except via a hotspot from my old PC, so am relying on ethernet connection. The reason, it has been suggested to me, is that the wifi aerial is inside the sturdy metal box, so it is difficult for the signal to penetrate. As I have very fast fibre broadband to my property, my old boosters are somewhat reducing the internet speed I should be getting (950 MG per s) to about 100. One solution would be to buy new boosters and remain in ethernet, but is there an alternative, like attaching an external aerial?

From start to finish, the service provided by this company was top-notch, from the website with its helpful sample products and my original enquiries regarding the specification, through delivery, up to and including some post-delivery questions that I had. And the machine itself is pretty much exactly what I wanted: it purrs away below my desk delivering all the power I was looking for and finally making the unplayable games playable. If it sounds perverse that I couldn't offer a full five stars, well, it's for a perverse reason: it's been built too tidily. The cables are tied and pulled taut to within an inch of their lives, there is no simple access to add extra cables to the PSU, and even trying to move the fan controller would result in a mass of unconnected connectors. The warranty may say I can add or change components but the build doesn't exactly make it easy. It's neat, sure, but when I want to add an SSD I shouldn't have to start dismantling the entire machine. All in all, another great machine from a great company with just this One Little Thing ...

Just bought my fourth PC from PC Specialist. I've found them pretty reliable (tho' eventually time and technical advances mean they need replacing) and the lifetime technical support is second to none. Only 4* because the lead time was longer than the website had suggested.

I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks! Only knocked one star off due to what seemed like them forgetting my order (it was in pre-process for much too long and then stuck in the next phase) until I chased up customer service, which is then when the order came to me very quickly. But all in all it was exactly what I wanted, thanks.

I was very impressed with the online configuration process, the build quality and the communications throughout. The PC was packed well and had good instructions on how to assemble it. I paid extra for the "before 10.30am" delivery but DPD messed it up by going to the wrong address, hence only 4 stars. PC Specialists were kind enough to refund the delivery charge. I would have no hesitation about buying a computer in the future.

I knew roughly what I wanted after conversations with my gaming son. The compatibility checker proved really useful on the PC Specialist website and prevented me from making an error. Slightly slow delivery but well worth the wait. Excellent build quality and exceeds expectations. Four stars given due to excessive waiting time for contacting help desk by phone. Minor problems were resolved using online community including YouTube.

Ordered a Laptop for myself from here and a PC. Both function really well my only complaint is the laptop does reach really high temps under load. Other than that really quality products with amazing build quality and peformance.

The PC is up to specs. Wonderfully built. The two issues I had were the slow-ish delivery, and the fact that my cooling unit was missing a screw. This was solved, as they sent out a spare part that I was able to install myself.

PC arrived as ordered and I have no complaints. The process took a little longer than I expected (18 days), but there was a regular drumbeat of updates.

Purchased a gaming PC for over £2,200. Process of configuring and ordering were easy to follow (used the forum to help with suggested configuration). PC arrived in good time but had issue in that Windows 11 was not installed 100% successfully. Not really a manufacturing issue but thought it may of been picked up in final testing. After two re-installs and over 5 hours on the phone all is now good. Knowledge of customer support guys is good but a bit annoyed that I will be paying for the 5 hours on the phone.

Overall experience with PCSpecialist was good but not without its flaws. It was my second time ordering my system from PCSpecialist - first time I’ve ordered laptop which came pretty quickly - within 7 days but after a month of use graphics card was faulty and “died”, wasn’t their fault and it happens. RMA process was very smooth witch took around 2 weeks for the laptop to be fixed and returned. It’s been 6 years since I’ve ordered laptop from them and it is still working after heavy use and in good condition. This time I’ve ordered PC: the website is very easy to navigate and choose compatible parts as they have built in system which check if parts are compatible with each other and will give you suggestions on what to do. Customer service is great and enjoyable- they are ready to answer any questions and help as much as possible. The only reason I am making this review as 4 Stars it is because of the following problems when my PC arrived: 1. The bracket for graphics card wasn’t properly attached under it therefore the fans were hitting the bracket itself - had to re-adjust it. 2. The windows deployment wasn’t done properly - a lot of bugs e.g could not update windows itself, issues downloading files, accessing files and overall slowness so had to reinstall and after that it is working properly. 3. RAM on pc built was 6000Mhz but for some reason it was set to 5900Mhz - had to change it in bios. Other than issues above everything else is flawless

First time ordering a PC. Did a little bit of research on what I wanted. The custom build options on PC Specialist are great, and gave a lot more variation in cases and other components than I've found on competitor sites. Eventually settled on a Luna series PC since I liked the all white build option. The build took a little longer than advertised, and was slightly held up by one component being out of stock. However, they were quick to call and tell me they didn't think it would be back in anytime soon, and they swapped the SSD for a slightly better version at no extra cost. There was some fault found in testing, but they seemed to resolve that quickly and sent it out for Saturday delivery. I arranged this with a phone call on Friday and they were good about leaving notes for the courier since I live in a gated building. PC was amazing on arrival. Really well put together and a stunning build. Cable management was a bit messy in the back, which became an issue when I had a fault, but otherwise the only other issue was Onedrive. They'd somehow set up the PC to save my documents and downloads to Onedrive, which meant games were acting weird and sometimes splitting files between Onedrive and my SSD. I had to redownload a couple of games like League of Legends and Sims, and ended up uninstalling Onedrive. 2 weeks in, unfortunately either the corsair lcd liquid cooler pump has broken, or there's an issue with the command core. First person on the phone didn't seem to have much of a clue and instructed me to start pulling plugs from the hard drive, which was completely unrelated. He stopped replying to emails when I asked if he was sure the hard drive was connected to the command core. Second person was a lot better, quickly decided it needed to be repaired by them, and organised a return and repair. Waiting for this now (hopefully not for long). I have organised a slight upgrade to the PC while it is in repairs, which they have slotted into the notes. Overall, really good customer service, minus the one tech guy who wanted me to start pulling out unrelated plugs. Turnaround is a little longer, but you are getting a custom build and it's a popular and trustworthy site. My PC is gorgeous, so happy with the results.
