I was very impressed with the online configuration process, the build quality and the communications throughout. The PC was packed well and had good instructions on how to assemble it.
I paid extra for the "before 10.30am" delivery but DPD messed it up by going to the wrong address, hence only 4 stars. PC Specialists were kind enough to refund the delivery charge. I would have no hesitation about buying a computer in the future.
