Quick turn around on two custom laptops. Seems bizarre that they have started sending out laptops without Windows 10 Pro licensed. This seems to be a new thing I think since Windows 11 has been released. Means a little more configuring once we receive the machine.
We have previously had repairs carried out on previous orders and the turn around on repairs is much slower than on new orders. This may have been resolved now though as we have not needed a repair for quite a while. Generally a good build and would use again.
