Overall the PC is really well built and PC specialist respond to customer queries promptly.
But the lead times on the site aren't accurate and you have to chase for any update mostly only getting vague answers that you can just get on the website. (When you are spending the amount of money people generally spend customer service I'd say is slightly more important than what you actually get)
In conclusion the job they are paid to do which is building pcs they are very good at customer service not so much.
