"This is my 5th computer from PCSpecialist, in fact all are still in use, the new one 'The Beast' is my every day one, the '10' is not retiring, its going up to the office where it will still run all the older programmes, the '7' yes I still have one running, its for playing old PC games on, its not connected to the internet, then there's the baby of the family, the XP, which still works, still runs games, albeit by todays standards a little slow, the 5th computer I bought for my daughter and I can't even remember how long ago that was but it is still in every day use, her partner updated a few things but the basics are still there, you cannot buy a PC from anyone else, the communication, the help building the pc, ordering, complete contact regards build progress, delivery and packaging, I can't begin to tell you how well it was package, in fact all the PCs were really well packaged. so, if a 70 year old grandmother can figure out how to build a computer using PCSpecialist - anyone can!! I wouldn't use anyone else. They build computers to last."

"Was apprehensive about pressing the button with the current high costs. I need not have worried though, great build (again). Cost is already a distant memory, should have done it sooner. My old PCS build is now with my son and still going strong, and his PCS build has gone to my wife (no more interuptions to do admin).\r\n\r\nI love that I didn't have to purchase a graphics card as part of the build too, when my current card still has a couple years left in it..."

"I\u2019m reasonable happy with the whole process. The website was easy to use. Being able to customise the build to suit my needs and the components that were available was the main attraction. I wanted to add another SSD storage drive the day after placing my order online, but when I telephoned, I was told this wasn\u2019t possible even though the motherboard was able to accommodate this. \r\n\r\nThe on-line order system allowed me to order four HDD and a DVD drive, but there was only four power supply available on the motherboard, so I had to lose one HDD drive in order to keep the DVD drive. It was unfortunate that the online order system wasn\u2019t able to identify this. \r\n\r\nThe delivery process was fast, but unfortunately, the packaging arrived damaged. After a close inspection inside the PC case, I found that one of the HDD drive was loose and I had to tighten it myself. I assume it became loose during delivery. I ran a drive test afterwards to see if it was damaged in any way, but no errors were reported. \r\n\r\nI asked for my hard drives to be partitioned on my order form, but unfortunately this was missed when I first tested the system. I phoned for support and was shown how this can be done in Windows. My order also included a 4 port USB PCI-E card, which I am unable to use as the USB slots are positioned too close to the case and a USB cannot be inserted without hitting the PC case. It was unfortunate that this was not tested\/picked up during the build process. \r\n\r\nOverall, the PC was well put together. The assembly and testing process etc. was good. I was kept up to date with the build process. The quality and tidiness of the PC build was good. Despite the issues that I had, it is all up and running now, and I am reasonable pleased with it so far."
