“Very happy with my new laptop so far. The build/delivery process was very quick even after I amended my initial order. Id highly recommend using the discord and getting advice on your build and usage intentions prior to purchasing. Lots of helpful people on there who know their stuff. All that remains to be seen now is longevity. I'll update this post in a years time.”

“Very good service. Waited slightly longer than expected for my machine to be built to my specs, but the slight extra wait was well worth it. Still trying to get to grips with Windows 11 (Why don't Microsoft leave good things alone, like Windows 10 or even Windows XP) My last PC was also a PC Specialist machine, which I have been running for years. It is still running well (I have upgraded it several times with new Graphic cards, RAM etc) and I have passed it on to one of my Grandchildren.”

“Brilliant service. From customising, ordering, building and delivery, communication was great. The unit was great. It was properly packed. There was a slight issue on the case when I had received but I could have been damaged during delivery and it was fixable.”

“I love the quality, cable management and overall cleanness of the custom built that I bought. Although the gpu had some problems on arrival but I understand that these issues can happen in transport with bigger graphics cards like the one I have. It was an easy fix.”

“PA Specialist have an easy ordering process, with plenty of choice and guidance/help when self-building. Following the order I was kept up to date with the build progress etc The computer arrived, very well packaged and with sufficient information to get it up and running. Very pleased with whole service and would definitely recommend”

“Great products at great prices. I love that I can tweak the specification so that it meets my needs. I don't have to purchase a "gaming laptop/pc" or a "professional" laptop/pc, I get to choose what components I want, p specialist will tell if there are any problems with the build request (not had one yet). Once it's done I can follow the build/test/dispatch process on the webpage. All in all a great experience, oh and my new laptop is absolutely brilliant!”

“Good build quality that was shipped promptly with no problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for a custom build. I've had one or two issues with my PSU but the technical team are excellent and are prompt and helpful in their responses.”
