“Very happy with the service that PC Specialist provided . Really important to keep the customer up to date with the build process ( which they did extremely well ) . Top spec pc up and running like a dream . Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of investing in a new set up . Delivery by DPD was also faultless ( although with my pc weighing 25kg the hand holds on the outer box couldn't cope with the weight but as the packaging inside was very good ,the goods arrived unblemished) .”

“Very pleased with my new laptop from PC Specialist. It's fast (eg rapid boot up)and looks great. PC Specialist kept me informed at every stage of the process: dates when build would be completed, testing and delivery. All the milestones were completed as forecast, and delivery was to the predicted hour. Good company to do business with.”

“This is my second time ordering from PC Specialist, both times I have been incredibly happy with my purchase. You may have to wait longer than a pre-built but the extra testing and personalisation its well worth it in my opinion.”

“WHAT A BUNCH OF LEGENDS!!!!! I ordered a gaming pc to my own spec the guys built the pc for me with a great turn around time, everything was well put together and the cable management was perfect I couldn't have been happier, after 2 week though my motherboard developed a fault. I spoke with the team and it was decided they would build me a fresh computer and do it as a priority and again a new pc turned up they arranged collection of the damaged unit and they made me feel very valued as a customer. There was a few things i wanted but couldn't have "being new to this it was my own fault" the talked me through all my options and got everything perfect. Hands down the best experience anyone could have when you are spending a lot of money on something I wasn't confidant building myself. A big thank you to all of you at PC Specialist you have made me very happy and you will have a customer for life and i will tell anyone who will listen how good you guys are.”

“This is the second PC I've had from PC Specialist and like last time they haven't disappointed. From point of order it was built and delivered in two weeks and I had regular updates during this time on how it was progressing. Because the previous one was 9 years olds this one is leagues apart in speed etc and I'm a very happy chappy!”

“Key to my purchase was the wide configurability offered by PC Specialist and I am very pleased with my new laptop. Having requested the 3 day service, and despite there being a bank holiday, it arrived on time and undamaged. Unboxed, I had some setup issues at first which were down to me but the telephone support was excellent and these were soon resolved. Overall I am entirely content with my purchase and I have the reassurance of the 3 year warranty.”
