“Website was easy to navigate and place order. Regular updates throughout the build and testing process. Order arrived when expected. One of the items was damaged in transit. I provided picture evidence and replacement was sent out the next day. Very happy with PC build. Would definitely use again and would recommend.”

“Second time ordering love the emails which kept us up to date. Speedy delivery. Unfortunately the monitor was damaged and I had to go through the manufacturer for a replacement rather than PC Specialist which was a rather painful experience but all sorted now.”

“I have been away from PC gaming for a while and the website made it very easy to see what you need and how it all works. I loved the preview pic as my PC was built, and it was very quick. I have had a lot of fun setting things up, but it was ready to go out of the box. I love it and I'll be back again when it's time to upgrade.”

“I bought a computer from PC Specialist in 2018 and it served me extremely well. When it became clear the processer wouldn't be able to upgrade to Windows 11 there was only one place I was going to look. Customer service has been amazing, regular updates including pictures during the build process, and the new machine is stunning. Highly recommended and a definite 5 stars.”

“The website is very easy to use and provides a huge number of alternatives plus advice and corrections when you select something that's incompatible with other components. It can take some time but you have the option of saving your selection and when you get a quote you have several days before it ends. Once the payment is completed, PC Speciaist keep in regular contact by email and delivery is quick - 11 days in my case after placing the order. I had a problem with the sound card not showing in the system, but PC Specialist were quick to reply to my query and their suggestion solved the problem. I used this company 9 years ago and they are still reliable and make excellent computers. Will cerainly use them again.”
