“This was my second desktop PC from PC Specialist - my first one has been working almost flawlessly for 9 years and it's only Windows 11 incompatibility that's prompted me to replace it. Very pleased with my new mini PC... compact, extremely fast, and quiet. When one of the components went out of stock they let me put the PC on back order - and then the component came in sooner than expected anyway; instructions were clear; installation was fine. The only improvement I would suggest is that if paying the extra money for timed Mon-Fri delivery they I would have thought it fair to be able to nominate which particular day it will be delivered - for those of us who have to arrange to be at home for the delivery, it's not very helpful to get a last minute message. Hopefully my new PC will last another 9+ years... that is of course, if Microsoft will allow it!”

“I have been a loyal customer for many many years - and PCSpecialists are excellent. The advice, the ability to cope with issues or change, the quality of components and build are second to none ... all for a reasonable sensible price. I couldn't personally recommend them enough for the Home PC enthusiast. That said, I do need to dock them a quarter star for allowing me to order a component that they didn't actually have in stock, when the order placed despite the automated stock check (a FireWire Card), a quarter star for a damaged digital q-code display and half a star for fan fitting in the case, being a little poor - because they t'ing.”

“This is my 3rd order from PCSpecialist. The order process for this one was smooth. I had a question regarding the power unit of the pc (wasn’t sure if it was strong enough to power all the other components). The tech team answered my question very quickly and put me at ease.”
