“Excellent service. Quality of the build is top notch. I ordered the PC and had loads of questions, and PC specialist got straight back to me each time. When the PC arrived it was packaged so well, there were no worries at all if there would be any damage. PC fully set up and runs amazing, which is a hard task when running MSFS 2024. Thanks all!”

“The PC is great however the screws for the M.2 drive are wound so tightly that I cannot unscrew them to fit a new drive without seriously damaging the motherboard.”

“I found the whole experience of ordering from PC Specialist to be straightforward - they have a good website (complete with VERY helpful forum!) and a huge amount of choice re customising your computer. Once ordered, I was kept up to date with the progress of my computer being built - at every stage of the process, I was sent emails keeping me informed, including a 3D picture of the machine after it had been assembled, which was pretty cool! There was a small problem upon delivery when one of the feet on the case turned out to have broken in transit,. but the customer service team were right on the case getting a return sorted out - DPD came out to re-collect it the very next day, while PCS had already started building a replacement machine. They were receptive to my request to leave the back legs off the new machine before it was dispatched. At every stage in the process, I have felt there was someone to contact if I was stuck/had questions etc, and the team were friendly and professional. Everything arrived with clear instructions in the welcome pack included in the box, and even me (an amateur!) managed to get everything set up and running. I am very happy with my new computer and I hope it will give me many years of use :) :)”

“5/5 Wonderful service throughout, it wasn't the fastest build ever but well within the estimates I was given when ordering. Reasonable pricing, excellent build quality and packagaing. All spares and hardware related extras came with the build and included clear instructions on everything. Overall I can't fault Pc Specialist, nothing but thanks and if im not building my next PC myself i'll definitely be a returning customer.”

“Quite simply, you get what is on the tin… excellent communication during the assembly and testing process, with regular updates. Delivered 10 days after ordered within the advised time slot and no issues with setting up the machine. One small gripe, not all the components were in stock, consequently I upgraded the processor and cost”
