“Good process to customise the laptop and kept informed all the way through until delivery. I have bought a few PCs/laptops from this firm over the last 10 or more years and they remain very consistent and I would recommend to others. Not the cheapest but reliable.”

“I ordered a trading workstation from PC Specialist. I had to have 4 monitors so I needed a specific GPU to support this. I called them up and spoke to a man who knew how to find the info I needed and he quickly helped me put my order together. I was able to pay for the order he created by logging into the website as it was waiting for my payment which was quite convenient. I had regular updates during the assemble process as the build progressed and another update when it was shipped. The whole process was a pleasure and I won't use anyone else for future computing requirements. Highly recommended.”

“The device selection process for my desktop was very straight forward even for a non-techie like me. The number of different device options can at first be bewildering however the recommended builds based on different user requirements was a very helpful starting point. I also appreciated being kept in the build loop, a really nice touch. I am more than happy with quality of the build and do appreciate the after sales communications.”

“First custom built pc I’ve purchased, wasn’t sure about buying so phoned up a couple of times and the advice I was given was superb, no pressure to buy and really helpful. Once I decided to build it I phoned again for advice and was advised to change a few things that the specialist did for me. The whole process was really quick too I couldn’t be happier! Thank you.”

“Bought a pc from pc specialist, everything was great from the being able to customise my pc completely with the exact spec I want to then being able to have it in a full white build. After purchase is exceptional with constant updates of what stage the build is in and then even pictures of the build once complete. It was built and delivered in really good time couldn’t recommend this company anymore if your buying a prebuilt pc”
