“I first purchased a custom made desktop PC back in 2008 from PC Specialist and it was such a great purchase then. As like most things that degrade over time, I needed to finally get a new one and the process is just as good now as it was then! The drop down tools to build your PC is clever and smart especially when you need to match certain products. The prices are competitive and the website itself is easy to navigate. The timeframe from paying to delivery was just under a week and PC Specialist always keeps you updated every step of the way. Thank you so much once again for another great Desktop machine. See you again!”

“A very positive experience buying from PC Specialist. The ordering process was good in that if you are a customised PC they check that the components will work together. During the build process you kept informed of progress, even down to posting a photo of your actual PC. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and the new PC was delivered one week later on the Monday. The packaging was very good and ensured no damage to the PC and the delivery bt DPD was fine. As to the PC itself, I have had no problems and it doing exactly the job I intended it for.”

“PC specialist was overall pretty good, the cable management was done well, i was kept in the loop, my pc functions very well and doesnt have any issues thus far in performance. However the process and PC’s condition is questionable. I ordered the PC on Tuesday the 30th of sept and got it on the 13th of oct; which was quite annoying as i had to wait 3 weeks basically to get it. When i got it the PC’s front glass was scratched on the inside, which is very annoying. However the PC works well, looks good and overall I believe the process was easy.”

“Exceptional !! Customer Contact team - professional and accessible. Builds were fast with regular progress updates. Shipping well coordinated and on time. “I have bought PC from PC Specialist several times in the past and the latest experience of buying my new WIndows 11 PC has been brilliant. I didn't order it until a week or so before the WIn10 support expiry, so I thought they might be extra busy, but I still received the PC in just a few days. I am very pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist as the best place to buy from.”
