“This is the third PC I have ordered from PC Specialist. My experience this time was every bit as efficient and professional as before. The customer support with my order was excellent as I was guided through the options for each part of the new build. My machine was delivered as notified securely packaged and ready to go. I had questions which were answered both on the phone and by email and I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a purpose-built machine. My only annoyance is with Windows 11 which does not seem to let me have my own photo as desktop background and still use photo slideshow as a screensaver. Small beer in the overall scheme of things. Everything else works perfectly.”

“Top class experience from ordering to delivery. Ordering process was straightforward, kept informed all the way through the build, including photos of the pc at various stages of build. Once PC was dispatched, PC specialists and DPD updated its progress regularly right down to the 1 hour delivery window. Excellent service, would highly recommend 👌”

Their support, guidance, and professionalism have made the entire process of building and upgrading my dream PC a genuinely enjoyable experience. Despite my system only being a couple of months old, I decided to upgrade it further, and the technical support team couldn't have been more helpful. They were patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable—answering all my questions thoroughly and ensuring I had clear instructions every step of the way. A special mention goes to Chris (unfortunately I didn’t catch his surname), who assisted me during the installation of my new graphics card.
