“Searching the internet, this company has good reviews so I accessed the site to see what they could do for me. Following the clear instructions on how to build your own PC, I went through the quote option and chose from the many choices what I wanted. I then requested the quote and was pleased to see recommendations come up, not to spend more money but stating I didn’t need one part I chose and I could downsize the power option. I followed the instructions and got the final quote and was very happy. I then went through the payment option and received confirmation of payment. Over the next few days I got regular updates on the state of my PC’s build including a picture of the assembled unit prior to testing which is done before they send it to you. Whether PC arrived, it was excellently packed and using the installation emails received, I set up the PC and ran windows install. I have to say I am very impressed with PC Specialist and recommend them highly”

“Great pc's and service as usual, BUT, we use a different version of Microsoft Office 365 as a firm, so we need to uninstall the current one, this used to be fine as there was 1 or 2 files. There is now over 50 365 and OneNote files that require manual uninstallation as there is no other possible way to remove them even using commands. We don't need a million other language installs. The quickest way to do this now, rather than spending 3 hours uninstalling software is to reset the pc after setting it up already then waiting for it to reset. It's an unnecessary pain and highly irritating and a waste of time.”

“I was looking for a new pc and wanted to choose the parts. PC Specialist give me options and made good builds. It took a while but not to long to get the pc. It was really good really good packaged so it arrived safe. Started it up and it worked perfectly. Thank you PC Specialist.”

“I am so happy with the product that was delivered! I have never 'built' my own PC before, and I wanted something that was more unique than a standard shop PC. I haven't really trialled it so far, but is working excellently for standard work! The service was great and very straight forward. No concerns as yet. I would definitely recommend.”

“I am really happy with my custom pc, it performs as expected. Wanted to change a part on the pc and it was really easy to do it. Ordered on monday and received on Sunday so it was really nice to try it on weekend. Would definitelly recommend 10/10.”

“Great service. It was fairly easy to design the PC, and the delivery time was good, as was the information I received on setting up the PC. The only thing I could hope for improvement on would be making the design part easier for people who know nothing about computers. Maybe a ‘required’ tag and an information button you can press that explains what something is?”
