“They reviewed my requirement and checked it carefully, suggesting sensible changes to make it all work. Regular communications kept me informed of the progress and the despatch and delivery were absolutely first class. When I had a question, it was answered quickly and clearly. This is the fourth time I have ordered from PCSpecialist and I have been fully satisified every time.”

“I have been a customer for many years. I am very happy with the performance of the system I specified. The PC was obviously handled roughly by the courier, as it arrived tipped over inside its box, with the padding torn and loose. It looked like the box was too big. Fortunately the system doesn't seem to have suffered any ill effects.”

“Bought my PC about a month ago and I'm very happy with the work pcspecialist did. While building and testing it, pcspecialist provided information about progress on each stage. Packaging was great, keeping my PC safe. Delivery was not on time because the driver decided to skip my parcel, but that goes on a DPD review.”

“Computer was built in under two weeks, and arrived very securely packaged and it's working great! I had a small issue getting the GPU working (I supplied and installed my own GPU), but their customer service was happy to provide technical support over the phone and step me through getting it working. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommended.”

“Bought two monster PCs and both are amazing, Maria in the live chat was amazing and super helpful, don't hesitate in using the live chat if you are struggling, they are awesome people with a lot of knowledge and are super friendly, was so happy I recommended my friend to pc specialist and now he's on the way to getting his dream pc too!”

“There wide range of options when building my PC was great, gave me everything i wanted to create the best PC for me! PC specialist are also great at communicating each step of the building process. I'm very happy with the build quality of speed of which my computer was built and delivered. I would definitely reccomend them to others and will be using them again.”

“I've purchased a pre built pcspecialist pc from Very ln the past and it was excellent. So after my daughter had two computers built in the past by pcspecialist including her current one and hasn't had any problems with them I decided to go the same route. “This is a great way to get a custom PC. The process for selecting parts were simple, comprehensive and easy – the automatic compatibility checker in particular made it a breeze to find the right parts for my needs. My new rig was built promptly with plenty of status updates showing the progress of the build. Delivery was great, and my machine was well packaged to prevent it being damaged in transit. Best of all it was at a very reasonable price.”

“Customizing a PC is easy. Delivery was fast. Hardware setup is excellent, and so is the service. The automated emails notifying the customer at every stage of the PC building and shipping is a nice cherry on top.”
