“I've been a customer for a few years now (first got a custom laptop and now a custom desktop with PCS) and have been recommending PCS to anyone who's looking to get a new rig. From how easy their configuration tool is, with all the warnings and suggestions whenever I would choose something that's either overkill or incompatible, to the quick, continuous support even after the order had been delivered. I'd gladly choose to go with PC Specialist again in the future.”

“I am amazed how good this pc is and i would 100% take the stress and pressure away from building your own and use pc specialist. I went for the 5080 with 9800x3d and so far i'm so happy with it the best way i can describe it is going from a vauxall to a rolls royce!”

“I had a couple of questions on the spec of the laptop I wanted, which were answered very promptly and with picture of the model to confirm. Delivery, although slightly longer than expected, was still pretty quick. We've had several laptop/desktop machines from PC Specialist over the years, and always been happy with their advice and value for money.”

“Their design/build interface is better than any other build site I've come across (ever, given I believe my first purchase from them was back in 2006-ish). Prices are good (and can usually find a £30-£40 off voucher online too) and the service is generally excellent. However, on this particular purchase there was no dedicated instruction on the case (odd design where the top had to be taken off in order to remove the side panel), and the windows 11 installation hadn't been updated. This led to the updates hanging and a fresh install being needed (this meant creating installation media as it wasn't provided with the machine), though it's important too stress their tech support line could not have been more friendly or helpful. Given tech support did outline that almost all of their calls are around issues with Win 11 installations (unsurprisingly given the state of the OS), it seems like madness not to absorb the extra £5 to supply a USB drive with the installation media and network drivers already on it to lower the burden on both customer and their own tech support. Overall, very happy as usual with their build and service, just those two minor annoyances.”

“The service was very efficient and the overall process from ordering to receipt of final product was great. Specifying the items on their website was easy to follow and use. Feedback on items specified was provided and recommendations made to change some items (which was ideal for a non-tech like me). Communications during the build process kept me happily informed of progress. I received the finished product as promised on the timeline and the computer is working well.”
