“Easy to find what I needed and build my requirements, ordered and then received the laptop about 9 days later - which is really good. The only downside was that on setting up Windows 11 stalled during updating and I had to be talked through how to sort it by PC Specialist support. On the plus side it was easy to get through to them and a really nice guy spent time going through it and trying various things but it was fixed after about 50 minutes and it has worked fine since. I do think it was a Windows 11 issue and nothing PC Specialist could have done to prevent it, hence awarding 5 stars.”

“Incredibly speedy, think the whole process from build to me receiving my computer was like 6 or 7 days. High quality build on inspection. Had an issue where I had selected a cooling unit too big for the case I chose and I received a call from a helpful member of staff who immediately suggested an alternative part that worked. Even sorted out a refund of the cost difference between the parts. Awesome service.”

“I am delighted with the service provided by PC Specialist after ordering a gaming PC for my son. They were very helpful in answering my questions and queries before and after the purchase. The communication was excellent from start to finish i was kept updated about the progress of my purchase and everything was very easy to understand for someone like me who does not know a lot about computers! My son is very happy with his PC and it looks fabulous. I would highly recommend this company and will use again int he future”

“Selecting my parts felt intuitive and didn't feel too overwhelming compared to other sites. After my order was placed the online tracker managed to give me very insightful feedback and information as to how far along my build was. I was sent a 3d video of my build for me to look at when it was nearing completion as well as emails that would be helpful for people new to PC gaming, (where to plug in the HDMI cable and wifi antenna etc.). Overall the process was very good, very satisfied with my PC.”
