“Recently purchased a hi-spec gaming PC. Service was excellent. I was kept informed of progress of my custom build following placing my order. When the PC arrived one of the fans was not working and one of the case feet had lost its rubber foot. I contacted tech support and was able to identify a fan power cable that had become disconnected. I was also sent a replacement foot. PC Specialists dealt with my issues quickly and effectively and I'm very happy with my new PC.”

“I don't normally respond to places I've bought something from, I usually buy it - it arives then I use whatever it is not thinking of the place I bought it from. For PC Specialist I wrote the following email after the experience I had with them: Hi Trevor (and PCS Team), People don't do this often enough but I am writing this email because I have not seen customer service this good in a long while. I want to say a very big thank you to you because my brother in law is very much looking forward to his new computer as it is in production at the moment. From my initial email to you every interaction I've had and the amazing amount of communication you have given me during the process has made me feel assured I have made the right choice for him by buying with you. It's not easy but I'm impressed so far! Just Thank you and well done!”

“Great PC, really fast & quiet. I configured it to the best of my understanding using the configure tool, which is great. Then I called up to check some details and was given a piece of advice that made the system just a little better for my needs. I really appreciated that input from the sales agent. This is my fourth custom build from PC Specialist, and I'm sure there'll be more.”

“Ordered new custom build pc from pc specialist through there part configurator and it was so easy to use. From me configurating to it arriving was less than a week. Also got any parts that came with the parts like mobo CPU brackets or PSU cables too which I didn't expect to get but great to have. PC came packaged really well, nice sturdy box with plenty of foam padding to keep it safe just as you would expect. Never ordered from PC specialist before but will definitely be recommending them and using them again in future. Not out to rip you off as some other custom pc build websites wanted nearly £1000 more for the same parts just a different case. Great service”

“I bought my previous PC from PCSpecialist 12 years ago. I was still very happy with it but it wasn’t compatible with Windows 11 so I decided on a replacement. Their website guided me to a suitable spec for my needs. It was great how they pointed out incompatible selections and highlighted issues to consider. Having decided and ordered my PC, I was kept updated on the build and test process. Once it was ready for delivery it was very quick with a next-day delivery. It was very securely packed. I was able to get it configured and operational without needing PCSpecialist support. I had used PCSpecialist support with my previous machine and it had been first class. I would thoroughly recommend PCSpecialist for PC acquisition and life-cycle support.”

“Great turnaround and build quality was fantastic, good communication too. The hardware all works well. I order it without an OS as I am custom building an AI monitoring and filtering system for a school. I installed Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 LTS and it runs like a dream a few driver issues with onboard LAN Realtek card and not using built in Wi-FI but had additional cards installed, 10GB Ethernet to handle traffic as this machine will be the DNS for the school filtering all traffic. Anyway got the stock driver from Realtek installed and works fine. Running Pihole, Squid and e2guardian for DNS filtering and keyword filtering, prometheus, Grafana and Kibana for reporting dashboards. Will be installing YOLOv8 AI for image and video filtering (That will test the system resources). Overall I highly recommend PC Specialist.”
