“After a bad experience with a competitor, I decided to re-purchase a flagship gaming PC from PCSpecialist and am very happy with the replacement. I tailored the build slightly from a suggested template and the configuration experience on the website was intuitive and easy. I was also impressed by a money saving recommendation to reduce the PSU spec to save money as required output exceeded the requirement. Nice touch. Due to work commitments I specified a weekend delivery so I could ensure safe receipt of the machine and based on their current build times, I allowed just over a week. This was duly observed and was ready for dispatch the Friday before the weekend, so their build SLA was met. Delivery via DPD was efficient as is usual for my area. I did observe some minor damage and scuff marks on the box (which I always photograph just in case), but the system was well packaged and all the accessories and manuals appear to be present. The system itself is as described and I'm very pleased with the performance. Temperatures at idle were high, but quickly raised this with support who were a little slow to repond, but in the meantime I realised that the fans were throttling on coolant temperature rather than CPU temperature. Once I amended the settings, the system worked within expected parameters, even under heavy load. In summary, this is my second build from PCSpecialist and I would use again without hesitation.”

“For someone who had been looking to build a custom pc, but with no time and little experience, PC specialist offered the next best solution; customise and choose your parts and they will build it for you. The build quality is excellent, the cable management is second to none, but I have to say, their after sales technical support is also fantastic. I had issues with the RGB fans and my side panel came damaged during transit. PC Specialist arranged a new panel immediately and ensured I received full support to rectify the issue with the fans. Great service and thank you Anton for your tech support.”

“Everything came exactly as I would've imagined! “I first purchased a custom made desktop PC back in 2008 from PC Specialist and it was such a great purchase then. As like most things that degrade over time, I needed to finally get a new one and the process is just as good now as it was then! The drop down tools to build your PC is clever and smart especially when you need to match certain products. The prices are competitive and the website itself is easy to navigate. The timeframe from paying to delivery was just under a week and PC Specialist always keeps you updated every step of the way. Thank you so much once again for another great Desktop machine. See you again!”
