I recently purchased a custom-built desktop gaming computer from PCSpecialist, and I was more than happy with the entire process and outcome. The ordering process was incredibly easy with all the configuration options you could want, but it was easy to use and understand/follow. I myself have a background in building PCs in the past, so my knowledge of what goes with what is probably better than your average joe, but due to time constraints it was easier for me to have someone source parts/build it for me. The PCSpecialist portal (as well as emails) kept you well informed and up-to-date with where in the process of production it was. You event got a 3D picture of the finished build so you could see what it'd look like. The final build quality is great and very proffesional, perhaps even better than I could have done in certain areas! E.g. the cable management was exceptional and they went above and beyond in other areas, like fan placements, which makes you realise somewhat actually thought about it as if it was thir own PC as they were building it. The boxing and packaging was also amazing, making sure that it stayed safe in transit! All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
