When it comes to laptops, I don’t think PC Specialist always offers the best price-to-performance (which isn’t too surprising since they’re custom builds), but their warranty and repair service is the best I have used.
I’ve bought a few laptops from them for family over the years, and any time there’s been an issue, their warranty service has been easy to use - DPD collection, quick turnaround, no hassle. Even when the parts warranty ran out, the repair costs were fair and not the usual massively inflated prices I have come to expect from alternatives.
