Yet again very happy with my purchase from PC Specialist. This is the third computer I have ordered from them with no problem at any stage. The only reason for buying the recent purchase was that my old PC was still going strong after what must be at least 10 years, but was running Windows 10 that will soon stop being supported. Having previously worked with PCs both at work and home have now moved to a Initia Nova 16 laptop. Once again no problem with the ordering / delivery process and everything has worked from the off. Only slight disappointment is that the identifiers on the keys can become indistinct if the light is in the wrong direction and there appears to be no way of knowing whether Caps Lock and Num Lock are on. But this is probably due to my inexperience with laptops and so not asking the right questions prior to purchase. But all in all, very happy.
