“PCUK where more than helpfully with my problem. Advice regarding security for my lap and also cleared viruses that I was unaware of on my machine. Had problems with downloading PDFs and Word documents from emails. PCUK checked to see why I could not down load these documents, but it after trying down loading in other programmes, they opened fine. It was found to be a Virgin Media problem all along. The cost was very reasonable even though all the time spent trying diagnosing the problem was down to another supplier. I find that PCUK have always been more than helpful when ever I have had any problems with any machine that I have had. I would highly recommend PCUK to anyone that has a problem.”

“Sadly one of the faults that I took my machine in for (fan not varying with temperature) was not found, also the BIOS was set up with the boot order excluding DVD and USB stick. Whilst fixing the boot order in the BIOS I managed to fix the fan problem myself and it is now varying it's speed with temperature as it should do.”
