“Booked Pasma course for 2 employees only to be told on the morning of the course it had been cancelled. Re-booked both employees to then be told they was not on the list to attend the course when they arrived that day!! Paul promised refunds for the bookings we made due to the wasted time and inconvenience. However, after multiple tries to contact Paul chasing these refunds since November, he just ignores the emails. Clearly zero customer care and thinks ignoring you will solve the issue.
I will never use these shambles of a company again. Shame as I have 20 employees on sites that need training for various activities / first aid. Your loss Paul!”
