“I found your company on Chat GPT. I was hesitant at first, but I went ahead and made the initial contact. After receiving a prompt reply with a competitive quote, I pursued with the purchase. I did run into a small issue with online ordering, and I immediately called and was received by a gentlemen that was familiar with the quote. The issue was resolved the immediately, and my order was shipped and received timely. I will be ordering again from PDF. GREAT EXPERIENCE!”

“When i am searching for parts on the internet, I frequently have to call the supplier to verify the stock shown as available is actually in the advertiser's warehouse or if it is a brokering scenario front and it comes from somewhere else- PDF is a reliable source, and most importantly, they pickup the phone and on the other side of that phone is a human being, not a recording ot A.I. formatted advertisement- the sales folks know their inventory and that is a proven avenue to mutual success-”

“Submiited an online request and did not get a promp reply. after emailing the sales dept. directly I got a reply and they did have my part. A day after it was supposed to ship and after my request for status they said it was labeled wrong but was still functional for my application. I told them it was ok if only the label was different but the inside was fully compatible with my bad unit. Overall good but could respond better. Why have an online website qute request if you dont monitor it and reply timely?”
