“Bought 2 jackets from yourselves on Monday night with next day delivery,so should have been with me on Wednesday,these were presents for family members it is now Xmas day and they have still not been delivered,be lucky if there here for newyear The problem wasn't with ph it was DPD that caused the delay”

“Theres nothing wrong with the merchandise its first class its the courier service dpd you if your not in this take your parcel to a drop off shop miles away instead of rearrangeing a time to drop it off again they dont even leave it at a neighbours also people are sick of them making excuses about deliveries saying there has been a delay some of us now have been waiting for deliveries for xmas only to receive an email saying delayed its shocking what about people who have disabilities and they drop your parcel miles away no respect or consideration”
