“Theres nothing wrong with the merchandise its first class its the courier service dpd you if your not in this take your parcel to a drop off shop miles away instead of rearrangeing a time to drop it off again they dont even leave it at a neighbours also people are sick of them making excuses about deliveries saying there has been a delay some of us now have been waiting for deliveries for xmas only to receive an email saying delayed its shocking what about people who have disabilities and they drop your parcel miles away no respect or consideration”

“I am giving a 3 because in the past I have had a very good experience, unfortunately I ordered items over 4 weeks ago, still not received them and all I get from returned e mails is an automated message stating hours of service. If they would let me know the status of my order I would give 5. So again I am trying to make contact today.”

“3 out of the 4 items I purchased were damaged or faulty the zip on one of the coats was broken the velcro on the hood on another coat was faulty and the body warmer was supposed to be a xl but was a least a medium sorry but I'm very Disappointed and not at all happy with the quality of the goods it's all being returned”

“One of my favourite clothes labels. They may not have the cachet of certain Italian labels (Now owned by multinational companies), but they certainly carry on the ethos of Massimo Osti, producing jackets that are often inspired by classic military or workwear. Quality is always very good, and I can highly recommend them to the sporting chap who likes looking dapper.”
