I buy and drink Peet's Coffee all the time.
I opened a new bag: it split open from one inch below the top and extended to another three inches down the front.
I contacted Peet's custpomer service. They did nothing at all and told me to deal with the retailer, though I no longer have a sales receipt.
Crappy customer service.
