“Worst behaviour by nurse, I was feeling too tired and could not even stand. Dr Karthik insisted for COVID test and asked me to lyedown for a while if I want to. A nurse chased me out saying I have to sit outside for COVID test. The plastic chairs were so dirty. By then my husband already had paid for test yet we walked out without getting test done. Could no longer tolerate her yelling and rude behaviour”

“Terrible service. They sent completely the wrong item for a Christmas present, refused to correct the situation and send the item that was ordered and were extremely unapologetic. I would advise you to shop elsewhere!”

“Great products and prompt delivery. However trying to get a refund is a real struggle (see trust pilot reviews), with no response to emails and phone lines with very limited times. It is now nearly 3 weeks and they do not respond.”
