“i went to purchase 3 tires and get the 4th one free. on line the price said 88.49 when i got to the store they said im not able to buy them unless i got them installed there. that is not what the advertisement said. after speaking with customer service they assured me they would honor the online price. well i waited in the store for 1 hour and got nothing.. i will never recommend pep boys to anyone. got bad service, will never shop there again. mind you i went to the store because customer service said they would honor the online price but got nothing.”
