Requested a refund for a faulty candle. Returned item under Royal Mail tracked returns service so have proof of delivery to them but 3 weeks later they still deny receiving it. NO REFUND😡😡

They are now denying they received the defective product even though it was sent by registered post at my expense with tracking and accepted for delivery at an address they sent to me.

Made a purchase via their Ebay shop, despite tracking showing that my purchase was not delivered and lost in transit and a clam from the delivery company was available to them, they refused to send out a replacement or refund me so wanted to get a payment from the delivery company and still keep my payment to them.
”

Ordered 3 weeks ago. No delivery date no confirmation if parcel has been shipped. Emailed 4 times in Spanish and English NO REPLY. Sent £40 . Will be phoning my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. Stay away from this company.

Nine days since my order and not a word about delivery, no reply to emails and the recorded phone message advises me to send an email. Brilliant!
I have to wait 14 days before I can go about raising a dispute at my bank to get my money back and I am completely confident I shall be doing this. Horrible, dodgy company, avoid, avoid, avoid!!
And if it does be some miracle turn up, I am expecting a fake!

ordered product on next day delivery. Hasn't arrived 5 days later. Customer service is non existent and not interested in resolving. Happy to take your money but not responsibility for delivery. Avoid this company full stop.

Item not delivered. Claimed to have sent it by mistake to a local Boots store who stated they had not received any items. Royal Mail unable to verify delivery was sent to Boots. Told me the problem was between me and Boots. Luckily I bought through PayPal with payment after delivery

When I contacted Perfume Click they told me to send it back special delivery which I did- it cost £7.
