Don't buy from this website. They sent my order to the wrong address, completely their fault, then refused to admit it or refund me. As a result I have lost my money and have no perfume!

Like the other person who posted I paid in Euro's from South Africa and have not received any of the products ordered. I made contact via email and I am told the item is at the local depot waiting to be picked up with no address and no documentation for me to trace. I do not believe this site is legit and we are now out of pocket. The item will be in shipping for over two months. And I have asked for a refund.

Aftershave came in opened box was a bday gift for my son no use when already unsealed looked 2 nd hand tbh will be returning back to you and want a refund asap lay-by already been informed about this not happy

It looks to me that it is a scam. I ordered and paid. Haven't received anything. No answer for my email, no refund and my refund request was cancelled!!!

I received an unsealed and clearly used perfume! Returned it as advised by costumer service staff, though, never received a refund! Very disappointed and suspicious, will not use again and will never recommend!

We returned it for a refund, but they said it did work and that we had opened the box, so they couldn’t refund us! Of coarse we opened the box, how would we of known it was faulty unless we opened it, and it did not work correctly.

Do not use this company. I have been a consistent customer and my last order was missing an item, value £23.90. Perfume Click have implied I am lying and will not refund or send out a replacement. Great company with good prices but if something goes wrong do not expect good customer service. I am taking this up with my credit card company as a fraudulent transaction for goods not received.

Fake Fake Fake Fake, I received my order and straight away I noticed that's the smell was very weak compared to a similar bottle I had at home which I brought from a well known department store, I sent it back telling them that I want a refund and the item was a fake, I had to chase them up a few days later only for them to tell me that the item was real and some rubbish about some perfumes smell different on some different skin types, and that I won't be getting a refund.

Made a large order over £245 received all items bar one messaged them as soon as opened they point blank refused to help or communicate and resolve, wont refund and wont send item out got threatened saying they have cctv showing they sent item which i asked to see and refused i also asked for higher manager or director to call me or someone else to speak too refused to pass me on or give me any details or any call back, said basically the parcel was weighed and sent and now helping no more and closed me down even though i done all i could to sort out oh and they aske dme for a picture of the missing item in the box which wasnt in there god know why and how can i take pics and videos of me opening parcel before i even know thta anything may or may not be missing ??? absolute jokers of a company stay clear some items seem cheaper but if dont send you will not get any help customer service stinks and apparently she was the complaints manager and said noone higher and her decision is final pathetic company :(:( do not shop here unless want to spend hard earned money to lose it .

Requested a refund for a faulty candle. Returned item under Royal Mail tracked returns service so have proof of delivery to them but 3 weeks later they still deny receiving it. NO REFUND😡😡
