Yesterday 22-03-2022 I received another order for Aqua Di Gio Profondo - this morning, the spray wouldn't work properly. This should absolutely not be the case, you wouldn't expect this quality from products. I'm extremely disappointed which further has made me question things.”
“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Worst experience ever, still having an ongoing issue since early December 21. I have still not received two orders from perfume price, they are extremely slow in replying to any emails, I have been waiting over a week for a single response from customer service. I have not received my good, the issue has been looked into but there is proof of delivery, I have explained to perfume price I would like a redelivery or a refund and they offered me an Apology?!
I want this issue resolved at the earliest, I have been waiting for a response for over a Week, each response seems to be taken a week or more to reply as if your team is deliberately ignoring this matter!
