“Booked online Wednesday morning, contacted by email to check personalised name, response received in an hour, processed dispatched and arrived the following morning. Less than 24 hours. Yes I paid for instant delivery but service was fantastic and mug not bad either 😁”

“Products are apparently good quality and a goodly selection. Unfortunately had problems using the codes to order the products after purchasing Groupon voucher. Your online chat service was not the most efficient I have come across and if you look back at the exchanges you will see That I was given completely incorrect information at one point. The matter was eventually resolved to my satisfaction with the assistance of the Groupon customer serviced team.”
