“The card was bigger than I thought and it was a nice surprise. The paperweight looks great. The part that let the whole thing down was the mug. It came in a brown parcel box with no Stoke/presentation box around it. Not nice when it is for a present.”

“Ordered two mugs with different names and numbers, but whilst received two mugs they both have the same name and number on them. Replacement sent and they followed it up to make sure it had come.”

“The mug arrived quickly and was well packed. The mug was as described in every respect except one. That was the personalised name was somewhat pale and didn't show up very well on the blue stripes making it hard to read. The number was fine. My grandaughter was satisfied.”

“I bought the personalised cuff links for my husbands birthday. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. My husband loved them but had a slight frown on his forehead when he asked me why I’d not included his middle name initial in the personalisation as I normally would. I told him it’s because we’re not in the premiership yet.”
