“I ordered the football ? dressing room picture ???? and the bracelet!the picture ???? has 2 of the metal lugs' broken off &when I tried to put the bracelet on it must have been made for a child ???? as I cant get it over my wrist without the rubber pulling out of the clasp,so a complete waste of money ????!!!!!,please do something to abate my disappointment,as I have bought from you before and would like ???? something to consider using you ???? again,awaiting a speedy reply martin Pudney,Mr.”

“What a fantastic product. I was so delighted when I received it. It is a lot bigger than I thought and the football shirts with personalised names on of the family. My nephew will be so pleased as being all their favourite team and what an ideal gift for a man. It is absolutely great and the price was unbelievable. Thank you”

“This was ordered as a Christmas present and arrived 11 days later on 30th December. When it eventually arrived I was extremely disappointed with the quality as I expected a hardback cover having paid £12.45 including delivery. Instead I received a flimsy paper backed book that I could have bought in a pound shop. Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company again - a complete waste of money and very poor delivery. Louise Simpson”

“The changing room picture with the team names on shirts and the recipients name on the middle shirt seemed like an ideal gift for my 10 year old niece who plays and is a Chelsea fan. Bought for my niece as a birthday present . Her birthday was 31st. December and as I ordered in the few days before Xmas I did not expect it to arrive in time for 31st. Much to my amazement it arrived pre Xmas. My niece loved the present and it was fantastic quality beautifully framed. Fast delivery added to the 100% satisfaction.”
