“I haven’t been very pleased with this company. I haven’t used them before and wanted a present for my brother. I ordered and chose first class delivery so that I would get it before his birthday. It is now a week later and I haven’t received my order or heard about it being dispatched. My brother is now getting over a week late birthday present!”
